A lovely old hotel in a great location in a beautiful city
Pros:

A great, old fashioned hotel - room was wonderful, location excellent, service faultless. The communal showing of the World Cup matches was also a great idea and the atmosphere was really good.

Cons:

The wifi did not work, however much they tried to fix it for us. It also could do with a refurb generally, but service was good, bed was comfy, room was great - no complaints really.

A palatial stay
Pros:

This must be one of the most luxurious places to stay. The location is incomparable and you are right next to shops and restaurants.
Before we arrived my office was in touch with Mr. Sebastian the director of rooms who made a superb arrangement for our rooms.
We had the imperial suite which was connected to a classic room as well as a junior suite giving us a massive area.
Upon check in we were warmly greeted by Ms. Zaryun who was amazing.
The rooms and the hotel are opulent and gives you a feel of royalty.
Breakfast was a grand affair in the cafe and we had it in the outdoor dining area which was lovely.
Breakfast is buffet style and you can order from a list as well.
Service was top notch from each and everyone

Un séjour de rêve en plein cœur de Vienne
Pros:

L'emplacement idéal au cœur de Vienne. L'histoire du bâtiment et le caractère très viennois de l'hôtel. La chambre très agréable et surtout la salle de bains gigantesque avec baignoire et douche. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait avec un choix pléthorique.

Cons:

Tout était parfait.

The “SPA” … it is a small standard Sauna box.
The schedule is very rigid at the restaurant. Personnel is nice but not really welcoming despite the classical smile

Wonderful experience Vienna
Pros:

The Imperial Hotel in Vienna was a true reflection of Austria’s wonderful culture. Its convenient location made it easy to enjoy the city’s incredible music, historic sites, and attractions. The staff including Sebastian and Harold is welcoming, and attentive, making our experience even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this beautiful Hotel

The Imperial is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in.
Pros:

Staying at the Imperial was being in fantasy land. It is truly palatial and so beautiful. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We ate outside at the little cafe multiple times and it was perfect.

Cons:

A minor complaint. We couldn’t pull the shades up in either of the two rooms in our suite. I have no idea what the rooms looked out on.

Flawless, warm service that made my wife's birthday truly unforgettable — thank you.
Pros:

The concierge team was outstanding — we exchanged seven or eight messages while planning my wife's birthday and they answered every one thoughtfully, always suggesting how they could help. They arranged champagne and beautiful flowers, upgraded her to a Deluxe room, and even checked her in without her passport (she'd left it with a friend) when I asked, letting her bring it later — real support at every step. There were lovely extra touches too — little sweets and bithday letter as compliments — and the whole thing had a real "wow" effect.

Cons:

Nothing at all — they thought of everything, and made the day feel completely effortless for us.
