Terrible a nightmare
Pros:

Construction all around us and locked in the floor with shut doors. A nightmare.

Cons:

Construction in rooms surrounding us, hall doors locked us in. Hammering, loud noises p, dust etc

Tutto. Posizione, camere, comfort, cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. Tutto.
La migliore struttura in assoluto a Vienna.
Colazione eccellente, tranquilla e probabilmente ancora meglio se opzionata in camera.

Cons:

Qualche misunderstanding al check-in, ma gestite con professionalità dal personale dell’hotel.
Il mio consiglio, sebbene comprenda i costi, è che alcuni servizi aggiuntivi dovrebbero essere inclusi nell’offerta o per lo meno più ampiamente ammortizzati.

Exquisite hotel
Pros:

Beautiful classical imperial hotel. Very comfortable and impeccable service from the room service staff like Nadine, bar staff like Gurjeet and all the front desk. All superb.

Best luxury hotel in Vienna
Pros:

We stayed for two nights at Hotel Imperial Vienna during a business trip and had the pleasure of staying in the Imperial Suite, which was exceptional in every way.

The service was truly outstanding, a perfect 10 out of 10. There were no problems, only solutions. This was especially evident during breakfast, when a guest at a nearby table asked for goat cheese, which unfortunately was not available at the time. The head waiter immediately went to a nearby store and returned with goat cheese specifically for the guest. This level of service was remarkable, genuine, and deeply impressive.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Hotel Imperial and very much look forward to working with them again in the future.

Thank you for a wonderful experience.
