Alles!!! Ein Hotel dass man NIE wieder erleben möchte.Nicht sehr Hilfsbereites Personal,man bucht 4 Bett Zimmer,hat dann ein 3 Bett Zimmer!Gut,aus 3 wurden plötzlich 4 gemacht nach Reklamation von uns.Zimmer war auch Zettel am Boden,in der Duschwanne Papier und Haare....
Der oberhammer aber war das Frühstückbuffet.
Unfreundliche Dame am Eingang zum Frühstück,da verging einem schon fast der Appetit.
Dann unsauberes Geschirr,dass man zuerst den Tasserand puzte.Das Frühstück ist das schlechteste was wir jemals gegessen haben.
Fazit,Hotel meiden,!!!

Manque d’organisation et de personnel une fils énorme pour aller manger que ce soit matin ou soir à n’importe qu’elle heure 20 minutes d’attente pour avoir un place et une fois assis le buffet vide !!!
Les deux derniers jours j’ai finis part aller mangé au restaurant !!!

Que paran el aire acondicionado dos horas de las cinco de la mañana a las siete de la mañana y que el agua de la piscina estaba muy caliente

1. Initial Room Condition and Maintenance Issues
Upon arrival, we were allocated a room on the 5th floor directly underneath the central ventilation and air conditioning system. The room was subject to a continuous, low-frequency hum. At 3:00 AM, the system was switched off entirely until 6:00 AM. This left the room uncomfortably hot, yet opening the balcony door was impossible because guests on the lower floors were constantly smoking cigarettes and cannabis. Furthermore, the lock on our balcony door was broken.
When we reported this, reception offered us a room on the 3rd floor, which had a strong smell of dampness and mold, so we declined. To manage the noise, we had to buy earplugs. A few days later, the air conditioner in our 5th-floor room began leaking significantly, leaving a large puddle on the floor after we returned from the beach. Only after reporting this were the leak and the balcony lock repaired.
Two weeks into our stay, the noise from the ventilation system became even louder. We requested another room change and were finally moved to the 2nd floor, which was free of noise and odors. However, the sound insulation throughout the hotel is extremely poor, making noises from neighboring rooms clearly audible through the walls and ceiling.
2. Restaurant Hygiene and Food Safety Concerns
The conditions in the main restaurant were particularly unacceptable:
Cleanliness of Tableware: Finding a clean plate, glass, or cup was a constant struggle throughout our stay.
Foreign Objects in Food: On separate occasions, we found a piece of a dishwashing sponge mixed with burnt hair in the fried mushrooms, and metallic shavings in the rice.
Unpleasant Odors: On one morning, there was a strong, unbearable smell of sewage coming from the kitchen into the dining area.
