Just returned from a short solo trip

Hotel is good value for money, always something food wise and beer was good! Never had any issues at meal times

Plenty of sun loungers and a large pool area. Shame it opens at 10am, after breakfast you were waiting around to get outside. Not an issue if your not a morning person but for me I would have preferred to be out there earlier but everyone is different.

Petya at the bar was amazing, always smiling and very welcoming.

Only negative was the air con wasn't working properly, but I was only there for 3 nights and didn't want to trouble the staff, so thats my fault for not raising it at the start of my trip.

Really enjoyed my stay and would return.

The locations is great. atmosphere in the hotel is awesome all the staff are super friendly. specially the animation team with rover, Mateo and Ingrid they make a great team and make it fun to be around thank you. The rooms need a little bit of work like the water pressure and the beds are a little hard. I beleive the bar area for the all included need to be reviewed and make it better for the customer, closing the all included at 11 pm it does not compensate for the price. Noise level it’s fine nothing to say about that.

Although the staff were lovely and yes it was clean, I would not stay here again. Wall between rooms are so thin you can hear the next door guest snoring talking and using the bathroom. Our beds were very uncomfortable hard cheap mattress. Salou was cold in March and we had no heat in our room. Other guests with the same heating issues requested extra blankets. We never used the restaurant and found drinks were €1 dearer each than the local restaurant. Children’s entertainment was good.
It’s a budget hotel and if I was to recommend anything it would be a last resort 1 night only for me

Only downfall of hotel was paper thin walls and no fridge in room staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help especially the manager of hotel .would definitely revisit the hotel

First things first. If I was giving a review on the entertainment staff only it would be 4.5 at the least. Entertainment was simple but Roberto made the stay bareable. He is the only redeeming feature of this stay.

We knew it was a 3 star hotel so by no means were we expecting all the bells and whistles but we at least expected a comfortable bed ro sleep in

The hotel is dated. Our room was bare, two single mattresses pushed together. One was ok the other had a huge dip in it. There were not enough towels in the room for 2 people. The towels barley covered the body would actually call them hand towels rather than bathtowel. No bath mat either so had to use one of these towels on the floor or go skidding across the tiles.

For the last 3 days an awful smell came up through the pipes in our bathroom. I mean so bad that we couldn't sty in there longer than we could hold our breath. When the reception was told the maintenance man came and squirted strong smelling disinfectant that improved it long enough to take a shower but within an hour it was back. We were not given a new room.

The bar staff were miserable most of the time. U were lucky if they smiled once a day. These were the staff you interacted with most So not a great experience at all. Very off putting.

The food was below par. survived mainly on the salad. And the pizza and chips were nice. If you want toast in the morning you would have to find a way to have the bread in the toaster before you entered the room it took so long to toast.

Definitely was not worth the money we paid to stay here. Surprised it's a 3 star. After experiencing it would have said it should be a 2 star.

Hotel was clean and tidy. The room was spacious and clean. I had emailed the hotel before to ask for a sea view room as it was my partners birthday and they allocated a lovely room with a sea view which was very much appreciated. Pool area was nice and always kept clean. Staff were friendly. The food was fine, we could have done with a bit more variety but always found something to eat. Breakfast could be better but again we never left without anything.
I don’t really understand the awful reviews that people have put. Yes the hotel could to with a bit of a renovation but we had a lovely stay and it was clean tidy and quiet. Thank you.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I don’t understand how there is so many good reviews.

Rooms
- small and outdated.
- might as well of had no pillow on the bed. We had to go out and buy our own pillow.
- no fridge so you can’t have any cold drinks in your room.
- Air con is just for show it doesn’t work.
- walls are like paper and hear everything.

Food - I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog it was slop on a plate.

Entertainment
- entertainment is the guests who can’t sing trying karaoke and bingo.

Location
Ok location but it’s a good 40 min walk into salou or you can get the bus.

Service.
Cleaners came everyday but the towels are no good.

Pool area is very small and nothing exiting.

Reception staff were not helpful and were not interested in helping us. (Finding out about transfer)

Don’t recommend one bit.

Service was brilliant and staff were incredible, couldn’t recommend this place enough, bedrooms where turned over everyday clean bedsheets and clean towels.
Matao and all the staff down and the pool area where incredible with getting everyone up and playing water games and other games with each other, there is always something on entertainment wise in the evenings.
It’s less than a minute walk from the beach and restraunt will definitely be back again

Nice stuff, all around so happy and enjoying . Breakfast very good, friendly working people's .
Check in good. Staff help with everything what needs.

Rooms spotless but no fridge or kettle there,Ln hot weather you need to fill water bottles but no facility for that

Good:
* Plenty of sun loungers
* Large pool/ jacuzzi
* Activities during day everyone is included
* Close to beach and local shop
* Variety of food isn’t bad there is something for everyone however the quality isn’t great

Improve:
* Queue for food - chaotic
* Drainage smell
* No fridge - very basic room
* Centre is €15 in taxi each way - 15 mins drive
* Walls in room very thin can hear next door
* Cups not clean

Overall we wouldn’t stay in this hotel again however we would go back to salou

It’s an older hotel but it’s cleanliness Food and staff are truly 10/10. The only thing they could improve on would be bedrooms and soft furnishings otherwise I can’t wait to go back for my fourth visit in 2026

Good solid 3* budget hotel in a good location
I was B&B so breakfast was busy but good with plenty of choice
Bar prices very reasonable
Nice pool and pool area facing the sun but plenty of shaded areas. Loungers are the cheap plastic type so very uncomfortable
The all Inclusive option attracts all day boozing around the pool so I spent most days next door

Rooms a little dated with some balconies getting very little light but overall a lovely time.

Was nice stay hotel needs updating though some of the mattress s need replacing as uncomfortable to make more comfortable but food was lovely,and staff called Elias and samera were so friendly and lovely as I was gluten free they gave and showed me what I could eat !!the lady at the bar Bulgarian think her name was patya was nice! Chefs do good job and service staff in food area

It is very much a get what you pay for budget hotel. I found the pool area very small for the number of guests while I was there. There was a games area but you had to use cash for each game and the ATM charged your card to make a withdrawal.

The room was a decent size but very dated. My bedding was ripped, the bathroom door had started to rot away from the corner too. The shower was placed very squarely on the wrong side of the bath so you only had the narrow side of the bath, I was concerned I’d spill water everytime I used it. There was also only four English speaking tv channels if you wanted a quiet evening in your room.

The reception staff were lovely, accommodating and friendly. However the room cleaners on my floor were not. They were extremely loud from about 9am shouting to each other between rooms. There was also a day that I put my do not disturb sign on my door and she came in anyway while I was in my bed. The cleans themselves weren’t good. You just got fresh towels and your bin emptied. We even had to go buy our own toilet roll as we never got more during cleans.

The food was okay. I’d say if you have any fussy eaters in your family you will not find much here. Also the queues to get in for the buffet and the chaos inside with the number of people pushing you out the way is almost not even worth dining anyway.

There isn’t much around you unless all you’re looking for is going to the beach everyday.
