Konforlu ve keyifli bir konaklamaydı.
Pros:

Oda gayet temiz ve güzeldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü.

Cons:

Bence etkinliklerin yapıldığı sahne ışıklandırmasına profesyonel bir el değmeli. Sadece beyaz ışık olması sahne kalitesini aşağı çektiğini düşünüyorum. Öneri olarak yazıyorum.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel was clean, the beach was beautiful, although a little pebbly, and the staff and waiters were always very kind and friendly. Everyone was smiling, and they were especially sweet with our baby, often smiling and waving at her, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

The cleaning lady rang our doorbell at around 8 p.m. As I was breastfeeding our baby, we could not open the door immediately, but she opened the door and entered the room before we had a chance to respond. This was quite uncomfortable for us, especially at that time of the evening.

We arranged a taxi with a baby car seat at the reception for the afternoon. However, when the taxi arrived at the hotel, the driver did not have a baby seat. When we spoke to the reception staff later, there were different colleagues on duty, and they told us that baby seats are available only very rarely and suggested that we take the bus to the Old Town instead.
Fortunately, when the taxi driver saw how disappointed we were, he borrowed a baby car seat from another hotel, brought us to the Old Town, and later left the baby seat with the security gate there so that we could use it for our journey back. The taxi driver truly saved our afternoon, and we were very grateful for his kindness and effort.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
Pros:

We LOVED our stay at Rodos Palladium! The food was excellent, and the staff were truly amazing, especially Maria, the waitress with short hair. She was the sweetest and always cheerful, no matter the time of day. John, was also so sweet and kept our rooms so clean and tidy.

The hotel is conveniently located near Rhodes Town, with a bus stop directly in front. It is also easy to reach the departure points for boat trips to the islands and other destinations, such as Lindos.

Our arranged transfer did not show up, and we waited almost 30 minutes after traveling for approximately 30 hours from the United States. We called the hotel and were directed to get a taxi, however the airport was super busy and we had to share a cab with another lady. Not a big deal. As a result, we arrived late, after the restaurant had closed. However, the hotel staff kindly provided us with sandwiches, wine, and water. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture after such a long journey.

Aside from these incident, we were extremely happy and impressed with the hotel and its wonderful staff. We would definitely recommend Rodos Palladium and would gladly stay there again. Thank you for a memorable experience for me and my sister, as we were going through the grief of losing our mom!

Cons:

The only other issue occurred when we purchased a snorkel from the store inside the hotel. It broke as soon as we removed it from the package and tried to adjust it. When we returned to the store, the employee simply told us, “You broke it,” refused to exchange it, and was quite rude.

Pros:

יש מענה מהיר לכל מה שצריכים בצוות מאוד נחמד ונעים, מלון יפה ונוח לא פעם ראשונה שם, יש כל מה שצריך במלון.

Cons:

לא ניקו וסידרו לנו את החדר חוץ מפעם אחת מתוך 4 לילות, היינו צריכים לבקש מגבות נקיות פעמיים.

Pros:

Tout était parfait depuis notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ .
Service impeccable à tous les niveaux .
Propreté exceptionnelle .
Restauration parfaite : buffets riches et variés .
Plage magnifique ; transats et serviettes de plage à notre disposition .
Très belles animations le soir .
Tout le personnel était à nos petits soins , avec le sourire et l’amabilité de tous .

Une mention particulière à Alexandra qui était toujours présente , avenante , souriante, à Filo , à Frok .
