Superbe séjour à Port Louis
Pros:

L hôtel Suffren est très bien placé dans Port Louis.
Le fait de prendre un petit bateau de l'hôtel vers le caudan ajoute un véritable charme.
Il y a des soirées à thèmes
La nourriture est de bonne qualité
Le personnel est attentionné et digne de confiance
J'ai oublié mon portefeuille dans ma chbre et il a été retrouvé et gardé en sécurité pour que je le récupère.

Increased investment to return to form
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located and dependable. The restaurant staff in particular are great ambassadors for the hotel.

Cons:

I have visited several times. Unfortunately, over that time the accommodations are noticeably suffering from increasing under investment. Damp mould is more obvious in rooms, facilities more tired and some now lacking (no mini fridge in rooms anymore, limited replenishment in rooms, very limited menu in restaurant etc)

Staff were friendly

Cons:

Mold in shower vent and tiles. Bath rack falling down. Door was broken, had to force it closed. When I asked front desk about it they said maintenance would come and they never did.
