Be warned!
Pros:

Staff were very nice and the water bus is a cute novelty, but the place is a business hotel and likely to disappoint the social traveller

Cons:

No lift in the hotel! High Prices at the bar.
Port Louis is very disapponiting. Beyond the marina area, which itself lacks character, lies a scruffy port area, poorly maintained and slightly threatening at night. Guests need to stay on the marina side of the main road. The street market is rough and dirty with poorly maintained roads and pavements. The island is beautiful but the port capital should be avoided

- personnel accueillant et serviable à l'acceuil comme au restaurant
- liaison pour aller au Caudant
- Petit déjeuner copieux

Cons:

- Connection wifi en chambre est faible
- manque de chaîne française à la télé
- regret de ne pas avoir un buffet au dîner
- petit déjeuner incomplet dès 06h30 comme prévu
- manque de place pour profiter du SPA (massage)

Good location
Pros:

Staff were super. Nothing was any problem.

Cons:

It could do with revamp. There was a lot of raised areas and pool was lacking support rails. Food was good.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentrumsnah und trotzdem absolut ruhig. . Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Müsste mal grundüberholt werden.

Perfektes Hotel für ein paar Tage nahe der Stadt
Pros:

Ein schönes nicht so großes Hotel.Die Zimmer sind top Klimaanlage konnte man sogar ausschalten. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendbrot war bestens, Es gab Buffet oder am Abend auch ala Carte. Wir waren über Silvester in dem Hotel tolles Angebot an Speisen.
Das Wassertaxi fand ich toll.

An oasis in the heart of St Louis
Pros:

Comfy bed, quiet air conditioning, shower water pressure, hotel location and amenities. Near enough to the amenities of Port Louis, but a quiet oasis.

Cons:

The only amenity I would look to improve would be the pool. It needs a little bit of tlc.

Needs refurbishment.
Pros:

Close to the cruise terminal. Room service lunch was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was disorganized. Things spread all over. Sometimes there were plates missing in one location - sometimes found in another. The two-story room had difficult and dangerous stairs to climb and the porter didn't help bring the luggage up those stairs. Room had no USB ports or other customary electric outlets. No elevator.
