Very convenient and very helpful every time

No one came to the front desk at 3am although they were “open”. Hotel room itself was all bad, from the paint he walls

The grounds and room were just ok. I bet in its prime this hotel was great. It used to be a Motel 6 cause they still have the signs in the rooms. It’s a cute little space and would be very nice if better maintained.

The room itself smelled musty and like weed. We had to open the doors and windows to let it air out. The room had clearly been cleaned but also had areas that are obviously neglected between guests. It could use a “deep cleaning”.

The toilet did not work. I took the lid off to find the handle was not attached. During our stay we had to keep the lid off so we could reach back for the button to flush it.

The worst part about this hotel was actually the residents. The place was unfortunately filled with what seemed to be people who live there. Groups and individuals loitering in the parking lot all night, yelling at each other across the grounds, roaming all over all night, and going into various rooms.

Car alarms were going off all night. I was fearful for my car so parked it near my window and checked it often, getting very little sleep that night.

I only planned to sleep there with my family before a trip to Legoland the next day, so I opted for something inexpensive. I should have shopped around a little more, cause I got what I paid for. Disappointing.

Smoke detector was missing with wires hanging from the ceiling, towel bar was ripped off and they put paper towels in the holes instead of patching it

Pet friendly, near the pier.
First glance upon arriving, it took a minute to realize that it WASN'T boarded up as the building adj was. Rooms weren't on lower level or together as requested. I'm disabled and so is my senior dog. The property was dingy. Pet friendly but no place to take dogs to potty.The rooms were pretty clean and the patio was 👍. My AC didn't work so the first night was miserable. Moved to another room second night AC worked, no fridge in room AND I was moved far away from my family member and up ANOTHER STORY No elevator just stairs. 🙄 And my room door wouldn't open. I had to go to the office and call. It was a hassle.
We were trying to stay close to the Oside Pier w/out paying $500 a night.
Not a lot of positives but for a room for the night to sleep and shower, it works.

The property looked very dilapidated. The bed was supported on what seemed like broken plywood. The mattress was dirty and the bed sheets had cigarette burnt holes on them. I immediately left and booked elsewhere.

Ac didn't work.

The hotel is pretty run down. It serves its purpose as a place to sleep however the amenities are lacking. The house keepers do a good job however it doesn’t change the fact that the rooms are subpar at best. No drain plug to take a bath, the overflow holes are taped over. Toilet paper feels like sandpaper. The balcony overlooking the pool is a nice touch for what the place is. I did love that it’s a quick walk to the beaches. Upon arrival we were given a room, got to the room and opened the door only to find it was already occupied. We went down to the office and waited about 10-15 minutes for the guy to even come back out and address the issue. Next time I’m going to spend a little more to stay somewhere nicer.

Room was not clean there were fruit flies and areas that looked like they hadent been cleaned and when asked for money back was denied so just left with losing my money and booked another hotel.

If you have any intention of hanging around your hotel at all, or staying for more than a few nights I would not recommend staying here. The area around the hotel smells like an outhouse and the smell persisted for the 3 days we were here. Our non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The sheets had what looked like urine stains and cigarette burns. Luckily we had brought our own bedding. The AC worked well and the bed was decently comfortable. Our shower and appliances worked fine, but we were told by other guests that we got lucky in that department. Overall just not a place I would choose to stay ever again. Its cheaper than most places, but still not worth what you'll pay for it. Pay the extra 100 to stay somewhere that isn't so gross.

Window was broken, holes in sheets and comforters, smelled stuffy and horrible. Walked into a room that had never been cleaned, dirty towels on the floor, broken lights, mold under tiles, full trash can. Called Expedia they did not help at all. Several families were trying to leave the property after check in due to these conditions. Jacuzzi was cold pool was dirty and there was toilet paper in the pool area with poop on it. Disgusting

Rooms dirty. Fire alarm missing. Stayed 2 night's nobody from maids to office staff even checked if i needed anything. No new towels or toilet paper were provided. I had to clean out frozen ice in fridge to fit things in freezer
