Important information:

Please note that the children's program, animation & entertainment activities are available from beginning of May to mid October.

Any type of extra beds or baby cots is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Extra charges will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Central air-conditioning is available in the resort free of charge from 1/6 to 30/9.

Sun Beach Resort Complex participates in the Greek Breakfast Initiative by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.

Kindly note number of beds and extra person beds displayed are the maximum a room type can provide. Bedding provided, will always be adjusted based on the actual occupancy booked.

Please note all room types have single beds except the deluxe and premium apartments that have a king sized double bed in the bedroom. The Queen sized double bed option provided is 2 single beds pushed together with a mattress topper, forming a double bed. Family rooms can take an additional camp bed for the 4th person.

- Kindly note the card used to make your reservation as well as the cardholder associated with the card will need to be present during the check in process. Failure to do so will entitle the hotel to request alternative payment methods or decline the reservation.

-The resort consists of two wings: All room types with sea view are located in the Beachfront Wing, while all room types with garden view are located in the Garden Wing, except the Superior Kids Suites Garden view & Deluxe Suites Garden View which are located in the Beachfront Wing.

Otroligt fint med många olika aktiviteter på hotellområdet.
Pros:

Fantastisk balkong och bra boende.

Cons:

Handduksbokningar av solstolar. Måste finnas något bättre system för detta.

בלילה הראשון הגענו מאוחר בלילה קיבלנו את החדר המצב של החדר היה גרוע חרקים באמבטיה ריח חריף של ביוב שעולה פשוט זוועה
שהפעלנו את המזגן רעשים מוזרים ומאוד מפריעים
שביקשנו לעבור מיידית חדר אמר לנו האיש בקבלה שאין לו חדרים פנויים ואין לו פתרונות להציע
בקיצור לילה זוועתי לא עצמנו עין נשארנו בחוץ במרפסת
עד הבוקר
ביום למחרת קיבלנו חדר אחר פחות גרוע אבל גם מאוד ישן
המזגן שם טפטף מים על הרצפה וטיפלו בזה ואחרי זה התקלקל החשמל והיינו צריכות לצאת לשיט אז לא הצלחנו להיות מוכנות בזמן

The staff was great… And this was the only good thing

Cons:

The location of the hotel …
Paid sunbath chairs … this is so funny when you pay a big amount of money for a night …
You have to pay to get a key for the safe box in your own room…
Old hotel … old rooms and need a lot of renovation… the bathrooms are from the 1980´s …
And the food was not special…
We left the hotel after the first night and moved to another one…
From the end, this hotel should be closed until fully renovated…
One more time and should say that Greek people specially in Rhodes are amazing ! And the staff in the hotel was adorable

Pros:

My waiter at the resort’s restaurant was able to debone the fresh fish table-side for my wife. We really liked that.

Cons:

No major complaints. My family and I really enjoyed our short stay at the resort. I was only a little surprised that the resort didn’t offer an exchange for US dollars to Euros. When I’ve travelled in the past to Europe, hotels typically offer that.

Nice, but opportunities for improvement exist....
Pros:

SunBeach resort is quite big area on the sea-coast in Ialyssos. We loved the facilities which were clean, food which was tasty and particularly staff we met on daily basis both in the dining areas or within the time of cleaning services. Anyway, some hesitations we have on mind, see bellow......

Cons:

When I am on holiday I do not want to be involved into repairs of electricity in the building/room ApoloWing 257. First total colaps of electricity took some 10hours, than fridge did not work for some 6 hours. Also air-condition produced more noise than cold air.

I don´t know from what reason the restaurant staff did not suply the guests with tea spoons automatically. You have to go to the specific place and ask particularly for the small spoons, or, you can use big soup-spoon to mix your espresso. This is inappropriate according to my opinion.

בחרנו חדר קרקע ליד הים , מאוד נוח ונעים לקום בבוקר ולשבת בים .
אך עם זאת לא היה כל כך ניתן להיכנס למים , הצד הזה סוער של הים
קרוב לעיר אבל חייב רכב , אז נסענו לחופים היוצר רגועים
לא השתמשנו בארוחות במלון כי רוב היום טיילנו
החדרים היו נקיים והיה מטבח מאובזר שסגרו פינה שרצינו לבשל משהו קטן במטבח

Bendrai viešbutį vertiname 10/10 – priekaištų neturime. Buvo puikios atostogos su nuostabiu vaizdu į jurą
Pros:

Viešbutis labai geroje vietoje – šalia yra stotelė, iš kurios patogu keliauti į lankytinus objektus. Aptarnavimas paliko labai gerą įspūdį – personalas itin paslaugus ir orientuotas į klientus.

Viešbutis turi privatų paplūdimį ir net 5 baseinus. Teritorija labai didelė, ją sudaro trys pastatai. Pirmosiomis dienomis gali būti šiek tiek painu susigaudyti, tačiau pažvelgus į viešbučio planą viskas tampa aišku.

Labai švaru ir prižiūrėta. Kambariai tvarkomi kasdien. Maistas gausus ir skanus – tikrai atitinka aukštą lygį.

Cons:

Mūsų kambarys buvo šeimyninis – su dviem atskirais kambariais. Miegamasis puikus, prie jo priekaištų neturime. Vaikų erdvė galėtų būti jaukesnė – lovelės ar baldų išdėstymas bendrame vaizde neatrodė labai patraukliai.

Vonios kambarys tvarkingas, viskas švaru ir veikia, tačiau jis jau reikalauja atnaujinimo. Stilistika pasenusi, primenanti 30 metų senumo interjerą, o keliaujant norėtųsi modernesnės aplinkos.

A very nice hotel, three swimming pools, a cozy, beautiful, and clean room, delicious breakfasts, polite and pleasant staff. On the day of departure, they gave me a lovely gift. I had a great vacation! I really liked Rhodes.

Siisti paikka, hyvät maisemat merelle. Sopii rauhaa avostaville. Itse kohde voisi olla vähän eläväisempi omaan makuun.

Cons:

Kuntosali oli pieni ja laitteet vanhoja. Näitä voisi vähän päivittää. Tähän voisi panostaa lisää.
