Pros:

The bed was great, the pullout not so. Property was wonderful and clean. The staff were too notch!

Cons:

The pullout was terrible, and the doors need better weather stripping. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

Wonderful!
Pros:

I enjoyed how clean and well-organized were the rooms and the amenities in general. The personnel was also very helpful and polite. This place is excellent to stay for a few days with family and/or friends.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was good!

Cons:

I loved the facility, The grounds and pool were above what I expected. The room was clean however I made the mistake of not paying attention to the room size. I thought I got 2 beds but I was wrong my mistake. I went to the office explained it was my fault but if they had another room we could upgrade to. The lady that did not check me in was very rude. VERY VERY RUDE. No we are full. I went back to my room and called down to see if they had any cots for my daughter to sleep on. No click. I ended up ordering an air mattress. I called and asked for more blankets and 2 pillows. I was told they are only allowed 1 of each and hung up. We got the blanket wet. HONESTLY no matter how clean the place is I would not stay there again for the way I was treated.
