I absolutely loved this Four Seasons. Everything was perfect ! We spent three nights at the hotel. Our first nights in Colombia. From the attentive staff to the spacious rooms, our stay was magical. The staff really helped us a lot in every restaurants and tours we wanted to book. But also transportation. I will come back and I definitely recommend !

Cons:

After this stay I came back for a second stay and booked directly with the property. The first time I stayed at the newest building they have witch is very quiet but the second time I stayed in the first building and it face directly to the street, you feel the cars and motors passing by. As it is a colonial house it's not easy to go around with baby cars although personal was really helpful with this as they have many steps everywhere. Not recommend for anyone on a wheel chair

Overall a good experience.
Pros:

Overall it went well.

Cons:

This was our second stay in Casa Medina this year and we got disappointed with room service this time. We asked for a jar of coffee and it took 30 minutes to get into our room. I had to go downstairs and get two cups of coffee from the restaurant.
Asked for an iron. It took 45 minutes to get to the room. It is not a good look to remind the staff that it is a 5 star hotel.
