Pros:

Todo está muy limpio, solo hubo un problema el microondas como que fallaba mucho para abrir.

Cons:

Todo está bien sinceramente me gustó lo cómodo que es, bueno me pidieron un depósito de 50 dlls cuando llegue, a pesar de haber pagado en línea, estoy esperando que me devuelvan mi depósito a mi tarjeta.

Front desk staff wasn’t very helpful and my room wasn’t ready and didn’t have a room for me as requested, had other rooms but upstairs and no elevator and the only one downstairs was an accessible room and got charged more, they didn’t want honor the same rate as the one I had booked. I needed a place to stay so I had to pay extra, not happy at all

Comfortable, affordable & great location
Pros:

I love the location. The staff is very sweet & accommodating.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like is that housekeeping turns off the air conditioning if you leave it at 70. Must be left at 75 (which is very warm). There are no DND signs provided.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, plein de magasins et restaurant à proximité, chambre très spacieuse,très propre et calme, lit de très bonne qualité ainsi que les serviettes de toilette, le plus le parking gratuit et la piscine, mention spécial à Hugo, le réceptionniste qui, malgré la barrière de la Langue a su s’adapter. Merci à lui pour sa gentillesse.
