Cons:

Uncomfortable bed, asked to have family moved all to the same floor. Comment was they are all in different categories….. so ask if we want to change! Breakfast is a joke. 17.00 for horrible food. Overcooked eggs and sausage. Having to ask for more coffee.

I probably will never go back, but location is nice

The fact we booked one night specifically to take our children swimming and the pool was so cold we couldn't even use it until the night of our second day there, where it finally warmed a tad bit enough to tolerate.

The bed was comfortable, location was great

Cons:

I had booked through a 3rd party and was told breakfast buffet was included but it was not. There was a hair in the shower around the hold bar it was blonde and we have black hair, not too big of deal and I can see how it could have been missed by housekeeping it was short and very light in color, other than that the room was nice and clean.
