Cons:

I had booked through a 3rd party and was told breakfast buffet was included but it was not. There was a hair in the shower around the hold bar it was blonde and we have black hair, not too big of deal and I can see how it could have been missed by housekeeping it was short and very light in color, other than that the room was nice and clean.

I probably will never go back, but location is nice

The fact we booked one night specifically to take our children swimming and the pool was so cold we couldn't even use it until the night of our second day there, where it finally warmed a tad bit enough to tolerate.

Rude front desk
Pros:

I reserve on the hotel and notify i would be arriving 1:30am-2:00am and they said no problem, they call me around 1:20 and another lady was really rude with me not giving me any chance, i reserved for a week and due she cancel had to sleep in car in this weather. Really bad experience this never happened to me before

Only fair.
Cons:

No soap or other amenities in the bathroom. Mini fridge had an annoying loud hum. Thermostat set for 66 but heat was blasting out in the room. Very cold day but the elevators are no heated at all. Cold like the outside. Bedding was inferior. Expected a lower end room but this should have been better.

Cons:

The room doesn’t have microwave, and any refrigerator for the price, there’s a tv, but i couldn’t use it because the remote wasn’t working. I couldn’t change the channel or turn up the volume, I could only open and close it.
