Everything was perfect!

Excellent location practically round the corner from the hermitage and main cathedral, the roof top restaurant was super cosy with excellent quality food and relatively acceptable pricing, standard of hotel including staff interaction, cleanliness, breakfast quality and leisure facilities were exceptional would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in St Petersburg

Great location for the main tourist spots. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Especially a craft beer cafe across the road!

Had a great stay. I’d arranged for them to pick us up from the airport, as it was very early in the morning. Something I’d suggest if your flights are too. Arrived at the hotel and was allowed to check-in early, for no extra cost. We requested some extra coat hangers and power adaptors, which they happily obliged and promptly delivered them to our room.

Breakfast was great, there was something for everyone’s tastes. We made use of the downstairs bar and room service for a late night snack, during our stay.

Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to friends and family!

We loved that the staff went out their way to find us a room well before check in. The concierge was very helpful too. The rooms are huge and nice and warm when it was freezing out.

This hotel was fantastic, staff were very friendly and very helpful. The concierge was excellent and gave some great tips on transport. They also provided champage, cake and fruit complimentary for my wifes birthday which was lovely. Great hotel and location was perfect. Very highly recommended. Thank you.

This is a great hotel choice! I am planning to go back to St. Petersburg and I would stay here again. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, great mini bar and in walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!!

Centrally located hotel. Staff were very helpful and attentive. The tooms were spotless. They kindly left fruit, cake and champagne in my room for my birthday which was such a lovely touch. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

We loved st petersburg

The hotel is close to all of the attractions. i use the pool and sauna everyday. great breakfast selections as well. i will stay with Petro Palace Hotel on my next visit.
