Pros:

The staff was not ready to accommodate our reservation. The hotel has outstanding disagreements with Hotels.com and Expedia, which complicate the handling of our reservation. The staff experienced problems using room keys. They did not supply every room with towels. They could not provide breakfast before 8:00.
