Pros:

Läget var kanon nära påfart till motorvägen som ändå inte störde på rummet. Lugna kvarter överlag. Fint och personligt hotell med bra frukost.

Better after sales and don’t close reception without being reachable and giving your guests to reach you when required.
Pros:

Natalia at reception was lovely, kind and helpful. The room was ok, no issues with the room.

Cons:

Location and that we paid for breakfast but found the restaurant door closed, so no breakfast provided. Contacted hotel and bookings.com for a partial refund with about 5 emails over several weeks. Neither the hotel nor bookings.com replied to any of our emails. I find this so poor after overpaying for something we never received.

Rummet var bra. Bra badrum. Mysig matsal god frukostbuffé. Bra valuta för pengarna. Nöjd.

Sunkigt, nergånget, smutsig säng.
Pros:

Läget. Ca 20 minuters promenad från Ullevi.

Cons:

Riktigt sunkigt hotell. Rummet var extremt nergånget. Skitiga madrasser. Obekväma kuddar.
Dammigt på golvet.
Frukosten väldigt sparsam och dåligt påfyllt. Kaffet och juicen var slut. En ostsort men hur mycket korvar och skinka som helst.
