Pros:

Jag hade problem med parkeringen kunde inte komma in i p-huset. Fick parkera i ett annat p-hus och betala extra och gå långt mitt inatten.
Personalen gjorde inget när jag påtalade problemet. Rätt trist bemötande i övrigt var vi nöjda.

En otroligt positiv upplevelse! Jag blev verkligen imponerad av hur snabbt personalen svarade och hjälpte oss att lösa en oväntad situation som uppstod från vår sida, trots att det egentligen inte var deras ansvar.

Det som gjorde störst intryck var ändå det fantastiska bemötandet, vänligheten och den genuina omtanken. Redan från första mötet kände vi oss varmt välkomna.

Personalen var dessutom otroligt hjälpsam med praktiska frågor, vägledning och samordning även utanför hotellets verksamhet – sådant som de egentligen inte alls behövde hjälpa oss med.

Det är inte bara ett hotell med bra service, utan framför allt fantastiska människor som verkligen bryr sig om sina gäster. Ett stort och varmt tack! ❤️

Cons:

Vi hade nog alldeles för trevligt för att hinna hitta något att klaga på! 😉
