Très beau bâtiment historique. Ambiance cosy. Très bon emplacement à deux pas de la gare et des trams/bus. Petit déjeuner correct. Fika vers 16.00 avec délicieux gateuax!

Lovely friendly hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean, good breakfast and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay a good one.

Cons:

Drink making facilities in the room would be good (although free hot drinks and cake are available in reception). If being really picky, bathroom a bit small - but perfectly serviceable.

Mitt självklara val när jag ska bo på hotell i Göteborg.
Pros:

Många hotell vill låtsas som att de är ett "hem" för resenären, men Royal lyckas faktiskt med detta. Deras underbara vardagsrum med tidningar - riktiga tidningar i papper!, hembakade kakor, kaffe och te fixar just den där känslan av hemtrevnad. Och så personalen supertrevliga också!

Cons:

Frukosten är lite väl standardmässig, typisk hotellfrukost. Där finns utrymme för förbättringar!

excllent stay, excellent location and excellent staff!
Pros:

Great location, located at a walkable distance from train station and several tram and bus stops are in proximity at to reach anywher ein the city easily. Great breakfast spread with several choices and an option to make your onw waffles! Singles room maybe slightly small compared to othe properties but very charming and extremly comfortable for the size.

Cons:

loved every aspect of one of the oldest hotel in sweden and oldest hotel in goteborg! Nothing to complain

Pros:

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Hotellet är centralt beläget, fräscht och välstädat, med god frukost och väldigt trevlig personal. Ett av de bästa hotellen vi har bott på - vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Pokój mały, ale jak na jedną osobę spoko, podobnie jak łazienka.
Śniadania dobre, lokalizacja super (blisko dworca).
Udogodnienia na plus (barek z kawą i herbatą oraz ciastem).
Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu, co często mi się przydaje.
Gniazdko przy łóżku (na oba typy usb) oraz lampka.

Cons:

Ciężki klucz xD
Wystrój dość stary, ale w końcu to przecież najstarszy hotel w mieście.
