Staff was friendly, breakfast was the top tier.

Cons:

I told the front desk there was a huge dead roach in my room and they told me they would tell maintenance, maintenance came and didn’t want to clean it up.. found out they had multiple dead bugs up under the couch.. I only moved the couch because there was a beetle flying around in my room , I tried to kill it an it fell behind the couch, when I moved the couch I found multiple dead bugs.. we slept with the lights on for two days straight. I couldn’t wait to leave.

THEY CANCELLED MY STAY AND NO ONE CALLED ME UPON ARRIVAL THEY HAD NO ROOMS AVAILABLE . MY DEBIT CARD GOT HACKED THE DAY BEFORE AND I WAS GOING TO GIVE THEM THE NEW # UPON ARRIVAL.

Very mad and was sick by the smell of mold.
Pros:

The outside look was the only thing I liked except for the swimming pool, it was filthy green color.

Cons:

Staff isn’t very friendly, room 410 smells like mold very bad, swimming pool is filthy green water, breakfast isn’t the best.
