The staff was amazing the property was well kept. The views were breathtaking.
I loved the staff everyone was so attentive and respectful always willing to help. The only downfall was there is no ac so during the day the room was warm but everything else was great the food was delicious. There are many activities such as a bonfire , a pool and games such as corn hole/pool.
If you like inattentive staff and not sufficent numbers, you will love this place

Beautiful hotel and great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money.
Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
There were multiple issues at this stay
1. Booking was done through the hotels.com, they did not honor the price and charged us extra saying that the website was wrong.
2. Food in the place was absolutely disaster. The wings were under cooked and blood and redness on the chicken was present
3. For breakfast, the pancakes were not done, they were still raw in the inside
Did I bring this up with the staff? Yes absolutely
Did they care? Absolutely not, disgusting establishment and horrible service and food. Will not recommend to anyone

Excelente ubicación. A 5 minutos del parque principal de Calima El Darien y en frente de la entrada 5 del lago Calima, donde se encuentran las actividades acuáticas.
Nos sorprendió que los precios de la comida eran más económicos que en Calima El Darien, lo que hace que no se necesite ir muy lejos para conseguir buena comida.

A great little resort with personal service. Staff was great, grounds well kept, nice things to do like pool, ping pong, board games. A cute pizza parlor and fire pits for evening hours. Room a bit “rustic” by design, bed a bit too firm, but big and clean room, nice shower.
