Relax a Salonicco
Pros:

L’hotel ha una vista spettacolare dalle camere su tutta Salonicco, purtroppo davanti alla terrazza ristorante hanno costruito un palazzo che ostruisce la vista. Però la cucina è ottima partendo dalla colazione arrivando alla cena.

La struttura è bella ma la stanno trascurando, vetrata salone rotta, vetrine colazione sbeccate, divano al piano macchiato e sporco….. peccato perché ha un bel potenziale

super Hotel, nicht empfehlenswertes Restaurant
Pros:

Das Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich, die Lage/Aussicht sehr schön, das Zimmer war sehr groß. Das Frühstück bietet eine sehr große Auswahl und ist sehr schmackhaft. Vor dem Hotel gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir haben uns ein Taxi genommen und uns in der oberen Altstadt absetzen lassen. Von dort aus sind wir die Sehenswürdigkeiten bis ans Meer runter abgelaufen und haben uns vor dort aus wieder ins Hotel fahren lassen. Hin und zurück kostete es 35€. Das Hotel würden wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr schlecht und der Service schrecklich.
Wir hatten eine Pizza Margherita, die bei einem Preis von 9€ wie eine etwas bessere Tiefkühlpizza ohne Basilikum schmeckte. Der Burger bestand aus einem Fleischpatty mit Käse und einem Spiegelei oben drauf. Weder Brötchen noch Salat, Gurke oder Tomate oder eine Soße, die Beilagenpommes waren sehr wenig - sehr irritierend für uns, zumal er 15€ kostet.
Die beiden Kellner waren sehr unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Es muss ein Missverständnis bei der Erstellung der Rechnung mit der Zimmernummer gegeben haben. Der Kellner ging daraufhin mürrisch davon und kam nicht zurück. Nachdem wir über 30 Minuten gewartet hatten, baten wir einen anderen Kellner um die Rechnung, der uns kurz angebunden sagte, wir sollten sie uns selbst eine Etage tiefer an der Bar abholen. Dort war sie jedoch nicht; sie lag an der Rezeption, wo man uns sagte, dass wir dem Kellner die falsche Zimmernummer genannt hatten, obwohl wir sie ihm tatsächlich in einzelnen Ziffern buchstabiert hatten. Unabhängig davon, wer Schuld hatte: das Personal, nicht der Gast sollte sicherstellen, dass die Rechnung korrekt ist und sich darum kümmern. Schlechtes Essen und Personal, das überhaupt nicht bemüht ist - das Restaurant absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Better than we could have hoped for
Pros:

We ended up at Panorama at midnight after our plane got in very late, the car hire company didn't turn up and we realised we must find a room for the night. It had been a nightmare flight with the family from he'll behind us. We were cold, hungry and exhausted. Although the kitchen was closed they rustled up ham and cheese toasts and a beer, all beautifully served in our room. In the morning breakfast on the terrace with that fabulous view was a treat.

It's pretty convenient for the airport too, so for future evening flights into Saloniki we might think of booking in there as a given rather than trusting a booked car rental to turn up, as we lost a nights hotel in our destination too.

Cons:

Το ξενοδοχείο είχε αναλάβει τη δεξίωση ενός γάμου. Μέχρι τη 1:45 η μουσική ήταν ανοιχτή στο τέρμα και οι φωνές των καλεσμένων δεν άφησαν κανένα να κοιμηθεί.
Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για ένα ξενοδοχείο είναι να εξασφαλίζει την ανάπαυση των πελατών του. Σε συνθήκες ησυχίας. Όντας σε ταξίδι για επαγγελματικούς λόγους, δεν είχα τη δυνατότητα να ξεκουραστω.
Φυσικά δεν είχα λάβει καμία ενημέρωση ούτε κάποιος από το , κατά τα άλλα, πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό ζήτησε συγνώμη.
