Incredible experience knowing that the underground cellar is 700 year old. Good value for money.
Pros:

Warm and clear reception from the front desk staff on arrival. Kindness from the staff when checking out. I unintentionally broke a glass in the bathroom and he did not charge me. In my perspective, the guy had a good sense of service.

Pros:

A hotel with charm, history and brilliant location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, don't forget to use the lift at least once, a time capsule.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, if young families make their own waffles would fun.

A wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff and a great location.
Pros:

One of the special features was the artwork and stories about the hotel posted throughout. I ended up walking down all the hallways to see the artwork and read the stories. An excellent breakfast buffet as well.

Dejligt ophold - vi kommer gerne igen

Personalet var utrolig venlige, og sjovt med et hotel med lang historie som man kunne se over det hele.

Cons:

Intet - men det er ikke et hotel for gangbesværede mange trapper og gange.

Biblioteket, rummet var fint, trevlig hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

Liten hiss går inte att få in syskonvagn och ingen hiss ner i källaren där den fantastiska frukosten är, många trappsteg upp med barnvagn så ha barnvakt om ni ska hit.
