The fact that you could smoke in your room

No bugs, at least. But not worth it
Pros:

No bugs! The "free breakfast" isnt worth it - we went to the neighboring Waffle House. The flooring in the roomwas loose and a tripping hazard for an older adult who shuffles. The shower handle was broken and when I turned on the shower water flowed right out onto the bathroom floor

Needs repairs
Pros:

Room floor needed repairs. Sharp edges can not walk around in bare feet. Check in was not right. Check out could no get the 1pm time even was offered on website.

It was not what I expected
Pros:

The Manager was very nice and room was clean.

Cons:

The ceiling was falling apart on the hallway, no elevator, carpet is old The floor that was non smoke smelled alot like smoke.
, shower drain was clogged . Light and phone in the room not working. There were bagels for breakfast but no cheese cream or butter . The shampoo/ conditioner bottle was empty so was the lotion.

Carpets in hallway were filthy

There was a substance abuse class going on.
Breakfast was pathetic, no food or people attending.
Room was great but the class was uncomfortable and breakfast was not worth anything at all

Staff was nice, but my transfer was NOT DEEP WHATSOEVER like I was told by Mgmt the day before.

Supported with my incident that I had with a Dog bite that took place on Thurs., June 11th, 2026

Cons:

I switched rooms from Non-smoking to Smoking.

-Chair in room was dirty & filled with hair all over like from. An animal.
