The views from the room were amazing. Upon arrival , the staff had given us special welcome treats to celebrate the special occasion we were there for. So thoughtful!
Also the bed was very comfortable and the hot tub just down the hall was excellent!
Front staff were Very accommodating and answered questions as well.

The staff is amazing. Joel helped in during my check-in process. He made sure I got the best room, answered questions about transportation and things to do, and when I told him this was a birthday trip, he offered birthday gifts!! It just made my stay so much more pleasant! The cleaning staff is also very prompt and does a great job. The room is very comfortable and offered a gorgeous mountain view. In terms of amenities, the outdoor hot tub is heaven, and I appreciated the free parking. The hotel is not quite in city center, but if you’re moving around to other areas a lot, it’s perfect being right off of the freeway. The restaurant (Juniper Bistro) is also lovely, and the breakfast staff in particular is so kind and attentive.
The rooms could be updated a bit in terms of the carpet and furniture. It is also a bit pricey, but I guess for this area, it’s average.

The building was beautifully decorated and it was very easy to get to! I appreciate that they offer both e bikes and a shuttle to get into town! I also really appreciate that they lend out bear spray. The staff were so warm and helpful. I also loved the French press in the room instead of coffee pods.
It should be a basic hotel amenity to have outlets and lights on either side of the bed. The lighting was quite strange. It’s also a high amenity fee…

The staff were really welcoming and helpful. Especially Matias at the breakfast in the bistro. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, just outside of Banff centre so quiet and comfortable. The free shuttle service was a great bonus, and if we had more time we definitely would have made use of the free bike rental.
The only feedback we would have is that there were four of us in the room and only two cups/glasses were provided. Not a problem for our one night stay, but if a room is booked for 4 people 4 of everything should be provided.
Lovely staff who were very helpful, great to have the option of getting a free shuttle into town and back, lovely brunch in the morning at the bistro. Location is a bit out of town, but the major highway is just below the hotel so you do hear traffic when outside on the balcony. Views are great though.
Bathroom was pretty tired. Water staining in the sink, and the bathroom itself was small, but bed was comfortable. expensive for one night. Yes Banff is expensive, but I think there are other options in town that have updated rooms for less.

Lovely Mountain View from our room, comfy beds, amazing coffee. We enjoyed being away from downtown Banff but only 4-5 mins drive to train station which offered free parking to dine/walk around Banff. We enjoyed hot tub after hiking. We had dinner at the bistro one night and food was delicious . Hotel provided bear spray which you could checkout and check-in each day.

Booked a "chalet". Photos from hotel listing gave impression of new, stylish, and elegant furnishings. We found stained sofas, highly worn (as in paint/stain worn away or chipped off) dining table and chairs, and other furniture in living area also showing more wear than it should. The single bathroom (intended for up to 6 guests) was tiny. There was one dresser in the master bedroom and a locked closet, so no place to hang clothes. If you are after a rustic getaway, maybe you overlook this, but for us it was a big disappointment especially for the price. On the positive side, housekeeping was good and the kitchen in the unit was well equipped with new cabinets.
