A truly memorable stay and we can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

Our stay in The Juniper Bistro was exceptional. The hotel upgraded us to a stunning mountain-view room. The staff arranged seamless shuttle rides to and from downtown, and we loved the complimentary e-bikes for exploring. The hot tub with a mountain view was a highlight. All the staff and reception were warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Carolina for her flexibility and kindness. Lastly, the in-room Calgary-roasted coffee was the best I’ve had. Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect Banff getaway.

We would certainly stay there again.
Pros:

The Norquay cabin that we stayed in for six days gave us homey feelings and privacy.

Cons:

There should be washer and dryer on site.

Pros:

This is a very quiet place except our room was placed just above a kitchen exhaust! The bed was very comfortable.k

Cons:

The carpets in the hallways need replacing. The rooms need to and ucb ports. Our room and bath were quite small.

Quiet, scenic hotel, with a friendly staff just outside of downtown Banff
Pros:

Really loved the space. The staff were all super friendly. We ate breakfast at the restaurant our last morning. It was perfect. The location was just outside of town, with the shuttle service and e bikes being top notch.

Cons:

I booked this stay about 5 months ago, thinking I was a head of what the room would cost if I delayed.

I was shocked to hear, from the staff, that someone booking just just last month paid what I did. Not sure if I got a good deal for what I paid for my four night stay.

Niet de moeite waard!
Pros:

Het uitzicht

Cons:

Pros:

View from room 107 was great!! Nice to have the shuttle available and Jim was a great chauffeur. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was convenient and the food was good; we ate there twice and enjoyed it. Amy was a great waitress and the bar staff was helpful in providing us ice during our stay. Bathrobes were a nice treat! Having ice water and iced tea available in the lobby was lovely. Good selection of reference books in the lobby seating area.

Cons:

The hot tub was crowded every time I tried to use it, no matter the time of day. Noisy to sit outside (traffic). The room(s) could use sprucing up and the floor could stand cleaning/refinishing.

Wonderful Romantic Getaway on the Outskirts of Banff Town
Pros:

The Juniper offers a nice, comfy room with awesome views. It's close enough to Banff to take advantage of all it offers (including the free shuttle) while also giving you an opportunity to step away as needed. The view from our room was the stand-out feature. We enjoyed soaking in the glory of the mountains each day (and from the hot tub). The staff were very friendly and were easy to work with. We took advantage of the shuttle to town twice to avoid paying for parking. Likewise, we borrowed bear spray and hiking poles from them for a our day hikes. The bistro provides wonderful food, though it is an elevated dining experience and therefore not the value menu. All in I would stay here again.

Cons:

The rooms face the highway and therefore the trucks and traffic noise do bleed into the rooms and on the patios. It didn't bother us as we were up late and rising early, but it definitely was noticeable from around 6 am until around 9 pm. Light sleepers may struggle with that, but we managed just fine (and sleep very comfortable on the beds).

Very enjoyable stay at the Juniper.
Pros:

Cleanliness and staff were outstanding. Location was wonderful.

Cons:

The room could use an additional chair, lamp and small table in front of the window so two people could sit and read.
