The Y Hotel

Breakfast is good, coffee + teas in room were minimal. Just 2 teabags for 2 people. No coffee maker in the room, just kettle. For the price, more room supplies would have been nice. Fridge is unusable really, since it is full of liquor that we are charged for if used. Snacks are there on the counter as well, but they are 4x the cost and are not included in the price. Seems most people stay here for the breakfast which did live up to the hype.

Absolutely loved this boutique hotel in a beautiful part of Athens. Lots of green, trees, neighborhood gem. The staff was a 10 plus. Very accommodating and pleasant. Room was comfortable and spacious with a pretty balcony. Highly recommend it!

Very good hotel in a good location.
The breakfast is great, with many options.
All done fresh and the orange juice is made from squeezed oranges, rather than mass produced juices you get in some places.

The rooms are clean and well maintained.
They are slightly on the small side but when your our for most of the day, it's not too much to worry about.

The gym is very small with only 3/4 machines, weights and a few other facilities.

We didn't eat there in the evening so can't comment.

The service from staff is great, all can't help enough. Especially those on reception and the lovely lady on bar duty in the evening.

Main issues I would suggest is the lack of bottled water on the rooms. There is water and other drinks in the mini bar but these are all chargeable.
I would suggest to walk to near the TGI's as there is two supermarket like stores where you could get drinks for the fraction of the costs.

Overall a nice hotel and I would be using this place again the future.

The hotel was absolutely magnificent. The rooms were well appointed, each with a private balcony. Beds were very comfortable. The morning breakfast was simply wonderful catering to all dietary types. The customer service was simply amazing with smiles all around. 5 Stars and nothing less.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Y Hotel! It’s a beautifully maintained, luxurious hotel in one of the safest and most elegant areas just outside Athens. I felt completely comfortable walking around alone, even at night.

The room was amazing – stylish, fully equipped with everything I could possibly need: bathroom kits, ironing board, hairdryer, coffee, tea, snacks, and an excellent minibar.

Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were simply outstanding – always helpful and professional. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

As a U.K. ex-pat who’s lived in Kifissia for the last 5yrs (until July 24) and who’s stayed at The Y Hotel on numerous occasions over the last 8yrs I feel I’m in a position to give a fair and unbiased opinion about this hotel.
The Y is perfectly located right on the fringes of the green and shady Kefalari Square and is less than 200m from an extensive choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. It’s a mere 2-3 minutes safe and pleasant walk to the shopping area which is home to a fabulous range of high-end shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and bakeries etc. As far as location is concerned it’s 1010!
The Y Hotel is modern yet stylish, spotlessly clean with the staff and services to match!
Whether it’s an overnight stay, long weekend city break or just a stop for a delicious coffee and cake……you’ll struggle to find better!
Stayed there mid October and hope to do the same in November!
