The room is clean and organized, size of room is pretty good. They have a decent-size fridge (not the usual dorm fridge); the bed and pillows are comfy. The staff are accommodating, especially Liz, the afternoon shift front desk staff - she's very helpful and friendly. Free breakfast is good - lots of selection, and they have a 24hr free coffee/tea/hot choco (where the vending machines are); they have lots of sitting area by the lobby. Lastly, they have ample parking spaces....
Location is great - In and Out is just across the street, walking distance to the beach, local store/market

During breakfast time, bread and other stuff ran out, but no staff was in there (even the hot choco in the coffee-maker machine ran out)... she might be busy doing something at the back, but I think they should have 1 staff assigned to the dining area to monitor the food and replenish as needed.

The hotel is showing its age. There were problems with the room cards. The breakfast could have been better.
Very bad. They did not clean my room. When I went to reception. At 7:30 p.m ( after I came to horal ) I was surprised hiw the room look like. I asked the reception about why they did not clean my room . And if they can clean it now. The answer was the house keeping out now.. and no one here to clean the room !!!!!!! It was BADDDDDD....

The access to the beach was challenging for us ,( Senior citizens) we walked twice back and forth and almost passed out with the heat. I wish the access to the beach was closer and easier or a shuttle.

Staff was super friendly. Rooms and lobby were always clean. Breakfast was good. Great location. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were a comfortable size.
I wish the pool was bigger. It would be nice if there were more breakfast options. Or if they rotated it out more often. There was a squeaking noise coming from the bathroom our whole stay and it would wake us up throughout the night.

We loved how very clean everything was, how nice the pool and breakfasts were and how kind the staff was. Also—We were there for a formal wedding and the iron worked great. We will be back!!
Small…Wish you had cream instead of creamers for the coffee. Could have used a few more hangers.

The price..
I stayed one night in July. This is a great location and very solid property. The two front desk staff members were top notch, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with several hot and cold items and always fully stocked despite being very busy. The pool and hot tub were clean. The room is standard with a decent glass door shower and no issues. You can walk about 3-4 blocks to the beach or to downtown which has a lot of options.
