Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the location.
Pros:

Beautiful location, close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores and at the same time felt private. Breakfast was great!! Staff were great!!!

Pros:

Seemed clean and I appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom. The soap smelled nice. I slept really well in the bed.

Cons:

Not that far of a walk to the beach which was nice, but there is a lot of construction going on right around the property. They can't really help that. It will be an even nicer location when the construction is done.

This is my favorite hotel to stay while in oceanside
Pros:

I love the location. I’ve been coming to this location for years. It’s one of my kids and I’s favorite place to stay very clean. Staff is very friend. My sons review ( also they live close to the beach and they have a lot of food places like a gas station. They’ve close to the beach. The neighborhood is nice. There’s nothing bad going around the neighborhood. There’s a good pool it’s a good Jacuzzi and everything. It’s a good hotel.) he is 9

Cons:

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Besides, I feel like the prices are very different from day-to-day, which is normal but with all the brand new hotels going up around the area I just felt one day I got overcharged OK

If I come to Ocean side I would definitely consider this Best Western again

Unprofessional Customer Service
Pros:

Unfortunately, my stay at Best Western Plus Oceanside Palms was disrupted at approximately 6:15 AM by a large refrigerated trailer parked directly outside my room window. The refrigeration unit noise continued for nearly an hour and made it impossible to sleep.

I reported the issue to Front Desk Supervisor Agustin Bastida, but the response was disappointing. I was told there was “nothing he could do,” and when I stated I would file a complaint, his response was simply “go ahead.”

I understand operational issues can happen, but guest concerns should be handled with more professionalism and empathy.
