Property is beautiful but the rooms have gone downhill. The dishwasher didn’t really work and smelled rotten and the microwave worked one and then died.
It was a very clean property. The rooms were great! I wasnt thrilled about first floor of the 3rd floor buildings. This is only a personal preference. I wanted 2nd or 3rd. I dont mind the stairs and you had to take stairs on the first floor anyway due to it being lower than ground level. I like natural lighting. Curtains open. Taking in the veiws. But we had to keep the curtians shut at all times because people walking by could see everything. Or the headlights of cars as the back patios were up against the parking lot. Couldnt have a window open at night for safety purposes.Staff was nice. The restaurant had amazing pizza and was the best for the cost.Everything else was overpriced ex.$30 for 2-16oz alchoholic drinks. I was excited for the churros but they were really small hard as a rock and less quantity than a snack bag of chips.LOVED the marketplace. One of the main reasons we chose this place was splash pad for our Autistic child and was pretty upset that half the splash pad was out of order. They had 2 slides (her favorite) roped off with an orange cone. The large oversized dump bucket was broken. The mini 3 dump buckets were broken. The 4 water sprayers along the edges were also broken. It was really upsetting. We could get a hotel with a pool anywhere. But we figure out the cons and learn for next time because it wasnt bad enough to shy us away. We were still impressed with the overall stay. If we choose this resort next time, hopefully the maintenance will be fixed.
It was conveniently located to our kids soccer games for the weekend.

Everything is really well maintained and the staff are very friendly.
It is great, like being at a resort. Hot tubs, pools, activity center, tons of fun and very nice rooms with kitchen and fridge. Would stay here again!
I really like staying there, it fun and convenient for where we need to go for my medical appointments. We love the atmosphere and the restaurant there is very good and Anthony is very friendly and respectful towards everyone there. Food is great and more importantly the drinks there are very well made!!!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fill kitchen was great. The bed was very comfortable. The pools were sparkling clean.

Bombarded after long drive to be having someone insist i stay and discuss timeshare im not interested in 3 mins after we arrive how annoying then get a vall in room while napping and again Bombarded again and not taking no for an answer never again....
I liked that it was super roomie...pools were small and the slides were closed for construction but i had 2 teenagers so although they wanted the slide they were fine...its def not a water park but it is a great place to stay if u need space..its super clean, we had a 2 bdrm..1 with 2 beds and 1 with king and full living/dining and kitchen(dishwasher)as well as 2 bathrooms and washers and dryer, dual balconys large one from main room to living room and a second off the other bedroom on other side, def worth it for the space alone...its got everything u need, plus arcade/game.room, small bar/restaurant.. i liked it a lot

Great family weekend trip for our 4 and 2 year old. Activity center has incredibly nice staff. Crafting ideas for the kids. Pools are great too. Would definitely book again
Amazing apartment like villas
We stayed for a 3 day weekend. It was very clean. Staff was friendly. When we checked in we were offered a first floor room and took it Unfortunately it was actually 1/2 flight below ground. We could see peoples legs walking by. Patio was a tiny area with concrete walls. It was late at nite and did not know until the next day that not all the buildings were like this. Would have preferred upper floor after waking up to people stomping overhead. Pools were nice.
Everything was great. The location is on-going renovations but the work being done doesn't get in the way of the guests
I don’t like the nickel and diming, or the over priced food from cantina. Other than that, not a bad resort.
Very clean quiet resort. Lots of pools to enjoy, great for families!
