We found the perfect place! Our time there was for an in-person reunion with a friend I'd not been in a room with for 30+ years. After that length of time, it was refreshing to find a VERY affordable 2-bedroom villa (essentially a small apartment) where we could each have personal space plus welcoming areas for great conversations. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living area was spacious. The air conditioner was working beautifully. Even the simple touch of the sponge for the kitchen being unwrapped and unused was so thoughtful. The staff was gracious and very accommodating with some of our special requests like getting a Keurig moved into the room. We were definitely grateful to have spent our time there and are keeping this place as a favorite for future visits. Great location as well!
Some of the artwork was a little depressing like the picture of the dead animal skull in the master bedroom. At the same time, the picture of the horses running was absolutely beautiful!
I have to many things to list that I didn't like I came to enjoy this resort with my family and it was very disappointing . The pools we got to use once there was everyone and there neighbor using the pools camped out using grills , drinking etc . The restaurant was no a go the 4 who ate there 2 got sick and service was terrible . The power went out in are building for hours and was pitch black in the villa couldn't get a candle or flashlight crazy to. me since the villa is equipped wth everything else . The man who was suppose to be watching the power box that broke was sitting in his car with his feet up on the dash watching videos while I witnessed young kids trying to go check out the tape that was wrapped around the utility box . I thank the lady who saw this before me scream at the kids to get away this is very bad hazard they have power running from the box into the building we stayed at to give power its crazy . This was a very busy weekend and for this to happen was like out of a movie . The ceiling fan in our room was ready to come out of the wall and made a noise so bad I ordered a fan from Walmart to be delivered . The rooms are really spacious and big the tv is so small needs upgrade for sure this is 2026 not 1996 . The staff at the front desk needs to be retrained in customer service and was not helpful at all getting trash bag delivered was like asking to cut a leg off . The activity center was a saving grace the staff and all the people who work there I can't say enough about they were amazing especially Emma . This was a trip planned for months and was a joke . I would stay across the street at the Fairmount princess if you want to use the pools and have a great time time . I was told I would be getting a $25.00 CREDIT for activities for my granddaughter for the power issue that's a joke aswell . I could keep going on but think I listed just enough for a review .
The rooms are spacious stayed in a 2 bed villa large balcony and overall for room its ok . The restaurant don't eat there service is bad and we had 2 people out of our group get sick . The pools well over the 4th we got house once everyone and there neighbor were there and they pretty much just made it a big party for themselves no respect . There is an adult pool but we did see some kids in the pool actual don't blame them . The resort does have a splash pad and 2 little water slides as i said we got to use once as people made it there party zone . The staff is not great and will not stay again
Been staying here the last 8 years and it’s always so pleasant. The ONLY downfall is them pushing their timeshare. We go to relax. And after politely declining at check in, we got a 7am call asking again.
The consistent push for their timeshare and inconsiderate time they call to ask again after declining.
The size of the room, the facilities, and the cleanliness of the villa
Did not have an elevator to get to rooms but the stairs were at least short
It was very nice. The suite was very spacious.
Everything was good except the TV capabilities. Limited channels and the TV’s weren’t smart TV’s so unable to use my Netflix or Prime accounts.
I love that they had an arcade and they had a couple different poles and the suites were beautiful, but I did stay in the signature suite
When I didn’t like about the property was that I was excited about having my kids use the kids pool where there was slides and they were closed the entire time. Also, the food at the restaurant was not great. We order a pizza for my daughter. Everybody had their food. Everybody was almost done, eating and pizza took 45 minutes to arrive after we received our food and we still waited 30 minutes for our food so I was very unsatisfied with that.
We loved the polls and the resort activities!
We had clogged and smelly drains as well as some kind of flying gnat that left us with bug bites on our hands, elbows, and ankles.
Arriving here front desk was so welcoming then getting in our room everything was clean was so surprised it came very equipped with kitchen items. My family and I enjoyed all the stuff pools nice family vibes here
There should be water around to drink
Everyone was friendly
We stayed at this resort for 6 nights in a 2 bedrooms villa with 2 small children.
The check in after a long journey was unnecessary long as we queued to check in and then had to queue again at guest experience for our key. This was just a salesperson trying to book you on a resort tour in order we presumed to buy into it. Not what you need after a long journey.
It’s a bit dated in places and needs an upgrade disappointed that the table did not fit on the balcony with all 4 chairs around it so impossible to take meals outside. Needed a smaller table.
The downstairs villas had a patio which was much wider so could accommodate all chairs.
The pool was lovely although the same half drunk drink remained at poolside for 3 days before it was finally cleared away.
The craft centre was great and so to the staff member and the prices were very budget friendly.
Yes would return but a few updates would be good
