BEWARE the rooms with no windows!
Pros:

BEWARE of the standard rooms! They don't have any windows. It's written in the detailed information about the room, but this should be made a lot more obvious! This is very important to know about the room, and not expected from a 4 star hotel.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the general facilities of the hotel was also good. There is a common area with nice furnishings and a good view.

A twin room was requested, but they didn't see this request in the reservation. When asked to change into a twin room, they said the beds were bolted together and we could do this ourselves. When asking for a room with windows, they said they were all full and it's written in the room details about having no windows. Really poor attitude / customer service.
