Sophia is the best!!!

On arrival we were surprised by the size & feel of the hotel. We were expecting a traditional Greek hotel but it felt more American. Large terrace with beautiful views, nice pool area, sun terrace & direct access to the sea if you are a confident swimmer. Room was spacious & clean with a wonderful view to the nearby beaches from the balcony. The hotel was situated within walking distance of the village & beach. Car hire is essential. Breakfast was good - sometimes slow to replenish items. We enjoyed our stay but it wasn’t what we expected, our view was it could have been anywhere - it didn’t feel Greek. Nothing wrong it just wasn’t us.
Ikaria needs to be discovered by car. The island is full of wonderful surprises.

Weil das Erofili zu unserer Reisezeit Mitte Oktober bereits geschlossen hat, wurde uns vom Hotel das sehr komfortable und bestens gelegene„Beach House“ mitten im Ort als Alternative angeboten. Da wir inklusive Frühstück im Hotel gebucht hatten, war als Ersatz der große Kühlschrank sehr gut gefüllt, sodass wir uns bequem und individuell selbst versorgen konnten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Der kleine Strand gegenüber und Tavernen sowie Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke machten den Urlaub auch von der Lage her äußerst angenehm.

The location could not have been better. Our room overlooked the ocean and at night we kept the door ajar for the breeze and to listen to the waves while we slept. Great restaurants and a supermarket close by. We visited at the end of the season when most activities to do were no longer on offer but it was still great. Peaceful and restorative.

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο, στο καλύτερο σημείο, με μοναδική θέα στη θάλασσα κα άμεση πρόσβαση στο χωριό και στις παραλίες. Αισθανθήκαμε απόλυτη χαλάρωση και ηρεμία σε ένα αυθεντικό περιβάλλον. Το προσωπικό μας έκανε να νιώθουμε πολύ οικεία και μας βοήθησε να σχεδιάσουμε το χρόνο μας στο νησί με τον καλύτερο τρόπο.

Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals. Lage mit eigenem Zugang zum Meer. Außenanlagen gepflegt mit Liebe zum Detail. Große Terrasse vor dem Zimmer. Die zwei Hotelkatzen.

sehr nettes und zu orkommendes Personal. Leider ging das Spa - Indoorpool mit Jacucci nicht, wäre in dieser Jahreszeit echt cool gewesen

A really great hotel in a stunning location, just on the outskirts of the tiny town of Armenistis. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and giving us recommendations for places to eat or visit. The location has everything you could need, with a great pool, lovely beaches nearby (including private steps into the sea from the hotel) and a few nice restaurants in the local town.

My wife and I had an excellent time at Erofili! We loved it so much we have booked to return next year. The staff are amazing, especially Stefania, she helped me every day to improve my Greek, told us where to eat and which places to visit. She is a great asset to Erofili and speaks English perfectly. She helped make our holiday. Eresmere was great as well, very kind and patient. If you want great views, good company, excellent breakfast and good laughs with the staff, BOOK HERE, YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!

Amazing little hotel with traditional touches yet modern, and without missing out on any facilities. Amazing friendly staff that helped us with everything that we needed. If we ever come back to Ikaria, we're definitely coming back to Erofili again!
