Great location, very close to all the main museums and park. Tram line was very close to the hotel making it easy to access other areas. The staff were friendly on arrival. The room I was in (small double) was clean, comfortable and was a great base for our short city break.
My only comment would be the corridors to the rooms, the carpet needs updating to reflect the more modern approach seen in the rooms (albeit my bathroom wasn’t new but it was clean).
Hôtel avec ascenseur. Chambre pour 4 personnes au troisième étage avec salle de bain et wc. Bonne literie, la chambre et la salle de bain sont propres avec le ménage qui est fait quotidiennement. Deux ventilateurs sont à disposition pour les journées chaudes, ainsi qu'une bouilloire et un frigo. À 5 minutes de l'arrêt du tram qui emmène vers le centre d'Amsterdam et la gare centrale. Le plus grand parc de la ville est juste à côté pour promenade et pique-nique. Le personnel est disponible, le petit déjeuner complet avec du salé et du sucré. Les personnes qui s'occupent des chambres sont au top et très agréables. Je recommande vivement.
Eine sehr gute Lage, von der man schnell in der
Schnell im Zentrum Stadt ist, das Frühstück war sehr gut es gab eine große Auswahl an Brot, Brötchen, aufschnitt, Cerealien, Obst, eine möglichen Heißgetränke.
Recht schmale Betten, das Bad müsste mal saniert werden offene Steckdosen unterm Waschbecken, und funktionierte teilweise nicht.

El baño muy incómodo, ducha pequeña, no hay ningún espacio para apoyar los artículos de higiene ni para colgar la toalla de mano.
Muy mala iluminación, hay un espejo de cuerpo entero que no se podía usar porque no te veías.
The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, showers were nice. The breakfast had a lot of options and was always filled. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful to us on multiple ocassions.
Nothing was bad about this property.

Habitación pequeña, moqueta sucia asquerosa, camas minusculas. Hemos estado 3 días sin wifi y decían que era problema del proveedor…
Las camas son muy cómodas. La ubicación perfecta para moverte caminando o en transporte público.
El baño está poco actualizado y resulta incómodo.
L’emplacement est parfait, proche des transports proche du Park et des musées.
La chambre très étroite, des moustiques tous les jours temps, la salle de bain minuscule.
Llençols, tovalloles i bany molt net. La ubicació era bona. El personal de neteja de les habitacions molt agradable
La moqueta estava bruta i semblava que a sota el terra no era massa estable segons la zona de la habitació. El personal de recepció molt sec, evitaven la interacció.
Nothing. The location is great though.
Very dirty, smelly and rundown. The room was a size of a cupboard. It was a bit of a shock to walk into all this,, considering the price, which was on the level of an average normalin Amsterdam. I've stayed in Amsterdam quite a few times before, but never had this kind of experience. I assume, the prices are mainly due to the location in the city centre (700 m walk to the Rijksmuseum). It was so bad that we checked out right away and booked another hotel on the go. For the same price, nice and clean - but it was located 8 km from the city centre, right next to a Metro station.
I decided to check out after seeing multiple Google reviews, mentioning bed bugs just the previous week (!!) Yes it was stupid not to check for them before, but they were not on Booking...my bad. I paid twice for my own stupidity, and I don't think I'll get my money back. I contacted the manager of the City Garden, explaining the situation abd requesting a refund. Didn't get any reply until now. My booking was for 22-23 August.
Don't recommend.
Die Lage und Preis waren gut.
Leider sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt
Unser Zimmer befand sich im Keller und hatte kein Fenster. Dadurch war eine ausreichende natürliche Belüftung nicht möglich. Als einzige Möglichkeit zur Luftzirkulation stand eine Klimaanlage zur Verfügung.
Leider roch die Klimaanlage beim Einschalten extrem nach Schimmel und unangenehm, sodass wir sie nicht benutzen konnten. Dadurch war es in dem ohnehin fensterlosen Zimmer praktisch nicht möglich, für frische Luft zu sorgen.
Besonders enttäuschend war, dass auf der Klimaanlage ein Aufkleber angebracht war, laut dem eine Wartung bereits im Januar 2019 empfohlen bzw. fällig gewesen wäre. Dass die Anlage offenbar seitdem nicht entsprechend gewartet wurde, könnte unserer Meinung nach auch die Ursache für den starken modrigen Geruch sein.
Wir haben daraufhin an der Rezeption nachgefragt, ob ein Zimmerwechsel möglich wäre. Uns wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass alle Zimmer belegt seien und ein Wechsel nicht möglich wäre.
Buena ubicación cerca de los museos más importantes de la ciudad y para pasear por la ciudad. El desayuno no lo usamos pero a la entrada hay una máquina de café que la puedes usar gratis (muy buena idea). La habitación tenía nevera y calentador de agua, de 10. El espacio de la habitación era bueno.
La mampara del baño estaba desajustada y no cerraba del todo, además el plato de ducha era un poco pequeño para mi (hombre adulto de 178 cms de altura).

Airco of een grotere waaier zou handig zijn! En misschien een paar stopcontacten extra, bijvoorbeeld langs het bed.
