Špatně nastavitelná teplota vody ve sprše, záchod neustále protíkal. Matrace padaly z postele.

I stayed at the hotel from 1 to 5 of July 2026. I was assigned room 264 on the second floor. I was bitten by bed Bugs on the very first night. I was scheduled for a doctor's appointment. The doctor said they where bed Bugs. I spent over 40 euros on antihistamines. A friend of mine was also bitten but her symptoms didn't appear until she returned to Poland.
Besides that the hotel Staff werw very rude when renting out bicycles. The bicycles where not in working order. The Staff said we either take these bikes or none at all. Thanks to the Poles WHO where working on the hotel's technical issues, we manager to exchange the broken bikes for working ones.

Great location, it’s an airy room overlooking the park. Good breakfast.
Bed was not very comfortable - two small bases with a matress topper which kept separating, and the bed was against the wall on one side. Shower room was also small.
Location was great & room was spotless & comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Quarto pequeno, sem ar condicionado e um ventilador pequeno para duas camas separadas. Pedi na recepção para que trocassem por um ventilador maior e o atendente disse que faria a troca, mas não fez. Hospedagem cara para o quarto que oferecem.
Ein sehr interessantes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich, und an der Rezeption kann man Kaffee oder Tee in Kombination mit Eiswürfeln trinken. Mein Zimmer ging zum Vondelpark, und man konnte angenehmes Vogelgezwitscher hören. Das Wasser in der Dusche war heiß und wirkte sehr entspannend. Das Team ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann einen Besuch dort nur wärmstens empfehlen.
