Extremely disappointing—poor hygiene, terrible maintenance, and an uncomfortable stay for my family

Unfortunately, there was very little to like about our stay. The only positive aspect was the location. However, it was completely overshadowed by the poor condition of the room and the lack of basic hospitality.

Cons:

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean and poorly maintained, with hygiene standards far below expectations. The bed was in very poor condition and uncomfortable to sleep on.

No towels were provided at check-in despite multiple requests. When towels were finally delivered, they had a strong foul smell and were clearly not fit for use.

The air conditioner barely worked, making the room very uncomfortable, and the ceiling fan was also in poor condition. Overall, the room appeared neglected and lacked even the basic amenities and cleanliness expected from a hotel.

My entire family had an unpleasant experience, and we regretted choosing this property. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve the quality of the rooms and service so that other guests do not have to go through the same experience.

As soon as I entered the room, there were cockroaches on the wall, floors, bed, literally everywhere. There were bad stains on walls as well. It was very unhygienic and felt very unsafe to be around there.

“Far Below Expectations – Not Clean at All”

Hello, I would like to report a serious issue with the property I booked through Booking.com. The room was very unclean with visible dirt, bad smell, and poor hygiene, . The bedsheets were not washed and appeared to be used.We also experienced power failures during our stay, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The actual condition of the property was far below what was shown in the listing.

I request Booking.com to please review this issue and assist with a proper resolution or compensation. I can provide photos and booking details if required.
