Wir hatten uns auf einen erholsamen Aufenthalt im Klosterbräu gefreut, wurden jedoch in mehreren Punkten enttäuscht.

Unser Auto wurde vom Parkservice mit geöffnetem Fenster abgestellt – ein absolutes No-Go, insbesondere bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie. Zudem war der Tisch beim Frühstück und Abendessen regelmäßig nur für zwei statt drei Personen gedeckt, obwohl die Reservierung eindeutig war.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Wellnessbereich: Anstelle von Ruhe und Entspannung herrschte dort den ganzen Tag über Trubel. Kinder und Erwachsene sprangen mit Wasserbomben ins Wasser, was eine Erholung unmöglich machte. Hier hätte man sich deutlich mehr Aufsicht und Rücksichtnahme gewünscht.

Am 2. Tag unseres Aufenthalts wurde zudem unsere Reservierung im Restaurant schlichtweg vergessen. Der Chef hat zwar kurzfristig eine Lösung organisiert und ein Gespräch zur Klärung am nächsten Tag angekündigt – dieses Gespräch hat jedoch nie stattgefunden.

Insgesamt blieb der Service leider weit hinter unseren Erwartungen zurück. Schade, denn das Haus an sich hätte viel Potenzial für einen wirklich besonderen Aufenthalt

Für eine heisse Schokolade mit ca 250 ml waren 5,50€, für eine kleine Latte macchiato 4,60€, das Bier lag zwischen 6-7€.

Hotel très agréable, qualité des repas excellente, le SPA est très grand, il est équipé de 2 saunas et d'1 hammam, il y a 2 piscines chauffées dont une en extérieur.
Par contre rien n'est vraiment prévu pour la clientèle francophone qui se trouve bloquée par la barrière de la langue (clientèle Russe, Italienne et germanique), nous étions les seuls français dans l'hôtel.
Par ailleurs le garage est à l'extérieur de l'hôtel ce qui n'est pas pratique et l'hôtel est situé en zone piétonne ce qui rend son accès à l'arrivé difficile.

Omtanke/Gemytlighet/Genomtänkt/Komplett. Passar bäst f par el. ensam, utan barn. Trevliga rum. Genin, God mat och dryck. Vinprovn i vinkällaren. Trevlig buffe. T.o.m marmeladerna hemgjorda. Fint spa m Turkiskt bad, inom- och utomhuspool m bastu. Fina vandrings-leder m gemytligt lunch-ställe vid sjö. Bergbana t alp-topp, gratis cykel, skidåkn, rull-skidspår, golf...många aktivitetet på hotellet el i dess närhet. Mysig by med affärer och torg. Kommer gärna tillbaka och stannar längre !

Mehr als empfehlenswert!!! Das Hotel ist familiengeführt und das merkt & erlebt man auch. Man ist von Sekunde 1 zu Gast im Klosterbräu und nicht „Kunde“. Das gesamte Ambiente von Wellness, über Speisesaal, hin zu Weinkeller, Pool, Karmin, Bar bis Zimmereinrichtung ist alles außerordentlich hervorragend. Doch absolut herausstechend ist das gesamte Team im Klosterbräu- mehr als lobenswert. Immer gerne wieder.
