Hôtel is fine but too close to church Alex on reception excellent
Pros:

Alex on reception was very helpful. Our original room was poor but moved to more acceptable room without hassle. The biggest negative is the proximity of the hotel to the church which rang its bells every 15 minutes all day and night. Breakfast was fine. Its location close to the Royal Palace was excellent. NO traffic allowed by hotel after 11am which is a challenge for taxi pick up. Old town is lovely.

Very close to church and bells! Taxi pick up hard due to traffic ban after 11am.

Pros:

Läget och den trevliga personalen.

Cons:

Frukosten var ok, men inte riktigt på den nivån man är van vid på hotell i Stockholm. Mycket negativt var den påtagliga störningen av kyrkklockan som slog minst en gång i timmen hela natten ( hade öronpropparna i). Inget för den ljudkänslige.

Pros:

The location was great - we didn't even realize how good it was at first. The breakfast was nice and everybody that worked at the hotel was helpful - very happy with our choice. The heated floors in the bathroom was a big plus as well!

Cons:

Maybe just include the sauna with the hotel?

Great hotel, beautifully styled, very central, lovely staff.
Pros:

Really lovely hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was a smaller selection than other hotels, but was really delicious and turned out to be exactly enough! The rooms felt large and interiors felt personalised and a lot of details and effort went into the styling. We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of room. Such a great location, right in the heart of Gamla Stan. It was a 30 second walk to the palace so we were able to pop out and see the changing of the guards at a moments notice which was really cool.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is cost - but I feel like everything in Scandinavia is quite expensive, so compared to the rest in the area it was adequately priced.

Superfint, mysigt, och perfekt läge, en riktig favorit!
Pros:

Det var tredje gången jag bott här, och det är verkligen supertrevligt, jättefint och kanonbra på alla sätt. Hela hotellet är så vackert inrett, rummen mysiga och personalen trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten var jättegod. Läget i princip oslagbart.

Det finns absolut ingenting att klaga på!
