Realy nice place on the river
Pros:

Very cool hotel with beautiful, spacious rooms. Especially the bathroom is superb with bathtub and TV. Breakfast is a real treat. Close to tube station and right next to a river with a nice riverwalk. You can't go wrong here. Only downside: internet is a bit of a challenge.

Frühstück perfekt

Cons:

WLAN war quasi nicht vorhanden. Somit auch keine Filme schaubar.
Auch sonst schon etwas überholungsbedürftig für das Geld.

8月21日から3泊4日、子連れで滞在しました。良かった点は、日本的な愛嬌やスマイルサービスこそないですが、タクシーの配車サービスやその他の困ったこと等は、こちらから話しかければ、親身に対応してくれます。立地は、地下鉄10号線亮馬橋D出口を出てすぐなのですが、夜遅く着いたため、一瞬迷いそうになりましたが、D出口を出たら、大きな交差点に戻る感じで、左に曲がってすぐ左手がホテルです。ホテル正面にウェスティンホテルがあり、その商業ビルの地下にコンビニやコーヒーショップ、各チェーン店等が入っていました。ホテルは、高級感があり、ロボットも活躍してほっこりしました。
気になる点は、他の方が挙げていたように、ウォシュレットがないことや、バスタブが掲載されている写真と全く違うこと、全体的に設備は古いので、扉の開閉の音がかなり響きました。ただ、掃除が夕方も入ることや、観光地と少し離れている分、ゆっくりと過ごせました。私としては、以前北京に住んでいた時に、いつか泊まりたい！と思っていたので大変満足です。日本人観光客はあまりいないと思いますが、その分非日常を感じたい方にお薦めです。久しぶりの北京、キャッシュレスが進み、色々助けて頂きありがとうございました。

Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel for 15 years and this was the worst stay. Smokers room so it smelled. I was Kunlun member and always got upgraded not this time even with Expedia gold.

Great service with excellent customer service.
Pros:

I would like to compliment Andy 游 and his team. I was caught in a sticky situations which may cause an issue for me not to be able to go home due to the requirement of my work. Andy and his team were so helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. He even goes out of his way to arrange transport for me and keep checking that I am safe. As I am a foreigner and can hardly read Mandarin, he ensures that I come back to the hotel safely. This kindness will always be appreciated. With gratitude, Thank you, Andy and your team. 出门遇贵人. 谢谢.
