Very outdated hotel. Close to Mercado 28 for souvenir shopping. No beer or alcohol allowed on their property which is very strange. Would not stay here again.

Since my arrival at 22:45 the Lady who attended me I was coming out of sleeping, not in the best mood, I took forever to assign me a room almost int the roof, FIVE STORIES WITH OUT A WORKING LIFT
Had to come down to get my room key fixed , I requested bottles water, nothing available even having a restaurant facility, GO UP AGAIN WALKING TOMY ROOM BECAUSE NO ELEVATOR.
