Boutique Hotel, a real gem. Seek out Kevin the concierge ,extremely knowledgeable and helpful
Pros:

Food in all the restaurants was very good but the stand our memorable element has to be the staff, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.
This is the 4th visit to this hotel a d they manage to maintain high standards.

Cons:

Although we vacated our rooms by 9am most days asking for the rooms to be serviced, on more than one occasion rooms hadn't been serviced at 4.30 in the afternoon when we returned for shower.

Good just not fantastic
Pros:

Lovely pool area and coffee shop within the hotel

Cons:

The sun loungers were uncomfortable, the cushions would slip off the slippery lounger base even when tied on. They were ok if lying flat but in the inclined position they were terrible

Comfortable bed. Plentiful towels.

Cons:

Poolside drinks (alcoholic and soft drinks) stop at 5pm, pool closes at 6pm. Both are too early (sun still up and weather still hot!), and stopping drinks while pool access is still allowed is a bit silly.

Balcony lights turn off automatically at 11pm.

Hotel guests not given robe or flip flops at the spa (run by third party). These are apparently only for spa members (not hotel guests) - not expected in a 5* hotel.

Mediterranean film festival events held in reception during our week long stay. Lovely, but we weren’t advised of this before our stay - whereas we received three emails advising about construction works at the hotel.

Would recommend and return!
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The other restaurants on the premises were all great and the team in Bahia (Caesar) were so friendly. It's all been refurbished to a high spec and the gym was great too. Reasonably priced food and drink. Easy to get to and from other popular destinations. The place was spotless. Room was spacious and the bed was so comfy.

Cons:

The sunloungers aren't the most comfy as they slide off quite a lot. Also they stop serving drinks at the pool at random times - one day it was 'last orders' at 4.30pm, the next day 6pm and the following day 5pm!

Le silence, la qualité de la literie était vraiment impeccable. J’ai rarement aussi bien dormi et j’ai raté plusieurs fois le petit déjeuner. Vraiment très belle.

Cons:

Sur base de l’annonce, je pensais qu’il y avait plus de jardin. J’ai trouvé l’environnement un peu sec et la vue sur les maisons aVoisinantes peu esthétique.

Great, if it wasn't for the roaches in the room

Great property and amenities, food was good, location was convenient.

Cons:

Bugs (roaches) in the bathroom. New ones every morning. Reported to front desk, nothing was done to fix the issue, nor was I relocated to another room,
