Mooi grand hotel met groot zwembad, veel faciliteiten. Lekker ontbijt.

Bonne emplacement calme et élégant
Pros:

Hôtel luxueux composé d'un ancien bâtiment style château et d'une extension plus moderne et moins charmante dans laquelle se trouvent les chambres. Le parc est agréable, avec deux piscines très jolies, bien que non chauffées, donc nous n'avons pas trouvé le courage de nous baigner en avril.
Le quartier est calme, mais chic avec beaucoup de bâtiments historiques, des restaurants plein de charme se trouvent tout proche. A proximité les quartiers historiques de Mdina et Raba, mais aussi pas loin le charmant village de pêcheur de Marsaxlokk avec les fameuses barques Maltaises et la plage de St Peter's Pool.
Nous avons également séjourné à St Julian la deuxième partie de notre séjour, mais nous avons moins aimé.

Cons:

La moquette dans les chambres, ça fait vieillot.
Le fait que les moins de 16 ans ne puissent pas acceder à la piscine intérieure après 12h00, alors que la piscine extérieure est beaucoup trop froide.

for 1 night 250+ euro you dont expect to be charged another 5 uero for 2 eggs and some smoked salmon :) if you pay extra for breakfast to be included already asking for an extra 5 euro is pedantic logistical overhead .....

Fantastic hotel perfect for a grand get away
Pros:

We loved it. The staff were phenomenal from the concierge to the receptionist to the night manager to the waiters at Bahia and the lovely lady wishing us “Good morning” at breakfast. The garden as you enter is lovely. The pool areas (both indoor and outdoor) were great and spacious. The bedroom was lovely - we preferred the old rooms which were more grand - and had lovely balconies. The food and cocktails were great and it was good value for money.

Pros:

Proche de La Valette et de l’aéroport. Pratique pour rayonner dans Malte. Bon petit déjeuner, restaurant sympa.

Cons:

Tarifs beaucoup trop élevés pour les prestations.
Déçus de notre chambre, plutôt vieillotte, la salle de bains également. Le balcon donnait sur un bout de jardin et sur la rue.
La chambre de catégorie supérieure était identique, mis à part la peinture refaite et une douche à la place de la baignoire.
Accès à la piscine et au jacuzzi libre, en revanche, pour le spa, il faut réserver les créneaux longtemps à l’avance car il ne peut accueillir que 6 personnes…
Personnel peu à l’écoute de nos remarques, mis à part le directeur de l’hôtel, qui a été très bienveillant et compréhensif. Nous avons tout de même écourté notre séjour.
