Royal stay
Pros:

Hele mooie inrichting en sfeer doorheen het hotel. We werden zeer warm onthaald door Kevin. Hele leuke koffie & vegan bar in de lobby. Ontbijt was om u tegen te zeggen, zeer mooie locatie! Bedden lagen super goed, hoewel de kamers gedateerd zijn waren deze uiterst proper!

Cons:

De kamer was wat gedateerd.

A gorgeous hotel on an exciting island, steeped in history. Beautifully presented by excellent staff
Pros:

A lovely hotel, in a lovely setting, in a quiet area of Malta, far enough out of Valletta to get away from the hustle and bustle of that superb city, but close to cafe and restaurants of the delightful village of Attard. The hotel offers. Complimentary service into the city, which takes bout 20 mins. I am sure normally this hotel would be immensely quiet, but building work across the road was the reason I marked the hotel slightly down on noise. Having said that, with the door to the terrace closed it was no issue at all.

Cons:

Nothing. This is an outstanding hotel. In our view up there with the best we have experienced in Asia and Europe. It offers a wide range of food in three restaurants/cafe, has gorgeous pools, indoor and out ( we didn’t use them as it was February, but others did as they are kept open, unlike many hotels in the Med, from Nov to April or May. The bed was superbly comfortable and while the bath/shower room was slightly on the small side, the room and terrace were spacious,

Very nice hotek with everything needed. Staff were VERY implicated and ready to help you.
Pros:

The place was gorgeous, well located and the breakfast and restaurant were great. The rooms were well equiped and very clean. The staff is very implicated and always ready to help if needed.

Cons:

The staff were a little bit too pushy in my opinion. For some people, this might be positive, for me it was a bit much. Constantly asking if we needed something during our breakfast, always going around tables in a quite oppressing way and 2 room service per day, all that was a bit much for me, but it stems from a good sentiment, just not my vibe.

Elegant en comfortabel verblijf.
Pros:

Het oude elegante gebouw, waar je ook ontbijt.
Het behoud van prachtige oude villa's en pallazzi in de buurt. Het binnenzwembad. Het ontbijt in prachtige ruimte. Villa Bologna om de hoek, San Anton om de hoek.

Cons:

Jammer dat de terrassen en tuin van buitenzwembad gesloten waren. Daar hadden we graag iets gedronken in de winterzon.
Belachelijke prijzen van minibar.

Прекрасен престой! Персоналът беше изключително любезен, усмихнат и винаги готов да помогне. Стаите са големи, комфортни, а леглата изключително удобни. Атмосферата в хотела е уютна и спокойна. Храната на закуска беше вкусна и приготвена с качествени продукти. Вечерята беше превъзходна. СПА центърът е много чист, добре поддържан и идеален за пълноценен релакс. Има прекрасни градини!
С удоволствие бихме посетили отново и горещо препоръчваме хотела на всеки, който търси комфорт, отлично обслужване и незабравимо изживяване.

Стаите имат нужда от освежаване.

Disappointed
Pros:

Enjoyed the upgrade to a deluxe room, which was very comfortable.
Location is good for accessing all areas of the island.

Cons:

Renovation work woke us up in the morning and continued until check out, making it very noisy and disturbing the peace.
Requested an early check in. Received notice, 2 days after check out, of it not being possible.
Staff didn't apologise for the disturbance, just advised renovations were happening.
