It's ok, but we won't be back to this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located and close to eateries, brewing company and other places to check out.

Cons:

We were on a motorcycle trip and after a long day of riding, we were looking forward to relaxing and hanging out in the spa, only to find out it didn't work. This was the whole reason we picked this hotel, because it had a spa and pool. We asked for pool towels, this would have been the time to tell us the spa was not working. We didn't find out until we got to the spa.

Pleasant but would look for other similarly priced options when I return to SLO
Pros:

The location is great especially for easily walking into downtown San Luis Obispo.

Cons:

Checking in I had to wait 35 minutes before anyone was at the desk and there was no one at the front desk when I checked out even though I waited about 15 minutes. Low staffing levels aren't ideal for a stay

Gross dirty and unprofessional
Cons:

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
There was blood stains all over the room. It look like someone had been murdered, and when I went to tell the front desk guy about the room he was so nonchalant about it, didn't even care and he wouldn't even look at me when I was talking to him.

The hotel itself is fine. Comfortable rooms and clean.

Cons:

We have come here a few times over the last few years and the pool and hot tub are never working or heated.

Never got to see it. They called me day of my booked day on a personal line (not the hotel line) asking for my credit card information to go forward with the booking. Even though it was a book now pay later and my card information was correct on the app. Very suspicious, very scammy.

Don’t think we will stay here again to be honest.
Pros:

Close to downtown & Cal Poly

Cons:

The property was old and our room and bathroom did not smell good.
The A/C unit was broken and didn’t work and the tub had mold growing around the top of it.

Hadn’t stayed here in over 20 years. Great location but needs to be updated.

Cons:

Rooms were in need of repairs and updates. Knobs off dresser, paint peeling off back or bathroom door. Very dated.

Never book here again.
Pros:

I liked the location and the staff.

Cons:

My room was not very clean. Our room was hot ac did not work. Our shower had a huge crack in it and the edging of the crack and tub had black mold. Also their pool was extremely dirty and the hot tube was dirty as well and did not work.
