Tired over-priced hotel at excellent location.
Pros:

Location is outstanding, but you also pay for it.

Cons:

My room, which was on the 5th floor, was dark with very little day light. Right across my window was an old former warehouse, now Hotel Admiral. It shut out any daylight.
The room was ok, but the space between the foot end of the bed was so narrow you had to walk sideways.
Tired scuffed and chipped furniture.
No fridge, which I found to be really bad.
The drain was broken. I told the front desk that the drain plug was stuck and needed to be pushed up. She had no clue of what to do, so I asked for a wrench and went to work and fixed the broken drain.

Great location and staff, but needs a freshen-up.
Pros:

Location is absolutely amazing. Next to the harbor and less than 5 minutes away from Nyhavn.

Cons:

Bathroom really small. Door didn’t open completely because it hit the toilet.
An overall makeover wouldn’t hurt, although still clean and functional.

Muito bom hotel
Pros:

A localização é excelente, perto do metrô, do canal de Nyhavn, Palácio Real, etc. As ruas ao redor são muito agradáveis para caminhar. O quarto que fiquei era para quatro pessoas, mas muito amplo, espaçoso e confortável.

Cons:

A limpeza do salão do café deixa a desejar. A área próximo aos sucos, por exemplo, estava sempre "colando" quando andava, por causa dos resíduos no chão. Outro ponto negativo é que de vez em quando voltava um cheiro ruim do banheiro. Contudo, tais pontos que não gostei não comprometam a estadia

Great location, overpriced, and run down.
Pros:

Perfect location, great bed, quite, and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

A bit run down. One outlet did not work. The sink in the bathroom was leaking, and a jacket hook was loose on the wall.

Beliggenheten og service under oppholdet.

Cons:

Etter oppholdet fikk jeg melding om at jeg hadde glemt klær og diverse gjenstander på vårt rom 415. Hvis dere hadde sendt bilder så kunne jeg raskt ha avklart at de ikke var mine. Men jeg betalte NOK 405,- for frakten hjem. Nå forsøker jeg å komme i kontakt med hotellet for å finne ut hva jeg skal gjøre med med klær og toalettsakene!!

Location location location great breakfast
Pros:

The location was excellent with docks right to the side of the building and just a few blocks away from the tour boats. So many sights close by. The breakfast was very good as well.

Cons:

The chairs were somewhat worn down. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator and hot pot to warm water.
