The room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable
Pros:

The breakfast looked like it would have been good but everything was empty at 7:45 on a Sunday morning except for the young man making omelets and pancakes. The yogurt station, pastries, juice and fruit were empty
I asked the two young men at the front desk if someone could fill things since they weren’t busy. He went to get someone and she came out and started with the juice, but unfortunately to fill everything was more than one person could handle. We ate our omelettes and left, the area was filled with families looking just as frustrated.
The young man at the front desk should have gotten some additional help for her.

Stay here but call to see if the pool is open if you expect to enjoy it.
Pros:

Love the vibe.

Cons:

We always love the Element hotels but were very disappointed that even though the pool was full and it was 78 and sunny, the pool “was closed”!

Cons:

We paid your hotel to leave our car while on a trip. When we returned we called for pickup. We had to get our luggage at the farthest baggage pickup from where you catch the bus. We are elderly and it took us awhile to walk to the pickup area. When we got there the bus was gone. We called the hotel again to tell them we were at the pickup place and the desk clerk said the driver went home, leaving us stranded at the airport late at night. He knew we needed a ride and the driver left us.

Clean, friendly, and comfortable
Pros:

The beds are comfortable the room is Clean, and the staff is friendly! Will stay again

Cons:

If anything the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low but it wasn't terrible and the sun was bright through the blind over the window even when pulled down...still will stay again even in the same room 😂

I will book this hotel again!
Pros:

The staff didn’t miss a beat. From check-in, to checking out- housekeeping, the bar. Everyone was truly pleasant. Its exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. I could go on and on about the hospitality and stay. It also had a gym and a pool! It’s such a beautiful hotel.

Cons:

The only thing which isn’t a big deal is the limited menu on the weekend. After 10p. It’s not a deal breaker I just didn’t want to leave the hotel for food.
