Staff is kind
Because your property is being dishonest and misleading toward customers. There is not even the slightest resemblance between the photos you advertise on Booking.com and the room we were given — room 204.
I will be reporting this property through every possible platform, including Booking.com and TripAdvisor. We have traveled all around Greece and have never experienced anything this unacceptable before.

3 araçlık otoparkta yer bulmak zor. Selanikte, genel otopark sorunu var. Temizlik istemediğimiz halde, odamıza girip temizlik yapılması uygun değildi.
Otelin konumu merkeze çok yakındı her yere yürüyerek gitme rahatlığımız vardı... Temizlik, güler yüzlü calısanlar, kahvaltı 10/10 biz memnun ayrıldık
Хотела е на близко разстояние до центъра. На рецепция всички бяха много дружелюбни и отзивчиви. Фоайето беше много светло и приветливо. Стаята голяма и чиста. Закуската превъзходна, всичко беше вкусно и прясно. Кафето беше на зърна и хубаво.
На прозорците нямаше мрежа и комарите досаждаха.
Breakfast was fair! The room is comfortable. And the location is downtown.
The noise from the road. The full sunny morning, and there are no tables and chairs on the balcony.
The location was very good. The staff and service was excellent.
The bathroom needs to be changed completely in my opinion, very uncomfortable to shower in a narrow tub. The mosquito problem is too much! We couldn't sleep for the first night. The balcony door could benefit from a mosquito net. The parking is limited to 3 cars, if you want to come with a car, you should look for nearby parking lots.

Паркинг само за 3 коли, малко трудно да се намери място в близките улици, но има опция срещу 15 евро да се ползва паркинга на гарата.
Закуската е добра, но помещението за нея е крайно недостатъчно за обема на хотела. Опашката за кафемашината е постоянна.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The reason is that I had booked two double rooms, but when I arrived they told me that I had booked rooms for only one person and they charged us extra because we were two couples. The description also said that there was parking available, but when we got there, there was no parking at all, so we had to pay extra for that too. It was just a blatant scam and did not offer any comfort as the rooms were not good or clean at all.
