Nothing! THIS IS A CREDIT CARD FRAUD! TOURIST TRAP TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION! HOSTILE PEOPLE AND BAD RULES, THEY HAVEN´T CLEAR INFORMATION

Cons:

THIS IS A CREDIT CARD FRAUD! The person at reception at Haven, A Design Hotel refused to allow me to enter the hotel and check in to my reservation unless I provided my credit card details. He was writing these details down on a sheet of paper that already contained other guests’ credit card information.

This is unacceptable and constitutes a serious security risk and potential fraud. I refused to provide my credit card details under these conditions. The receptionist explicitly stated that this was a hotel policy and denied us entry when we declined.

I DEMAND A FULL REFUND, as this situation involves an attempted fraudulent practice and highly improper conduct. At no point during the booking process was this requirement disclosed as a hotel policy.

Additionally, when I attempted to contact Booking.com support immediately by phone, there was no response.

Das Rooftop ist wirklich sehr schön und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist optisch ansprechend. Das Bett war bequem und wir konnten darauf gut schlafen.

Cons:

Nach europäischen Standards ist das Hotel insgesamt eher durchschnittlich. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte keinen Ausblick. Die Wände im Zimmer waren sichtbar verschmutzt und auch das Badezimmer war nicht vollständig sauber. Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig, sodass man andere Gäste deutlich hören kann. Zusätzlich befindet sich direkt vor dem Fenster eine Baustelle, und eine laute Klimaanlage sorgt dauerhaft für zusätzlichen Lärm. In einer Nacht haben unsere Zimmernachbarn eine Party mit mehreren Gästen gefeiert. Trotz dreimaliger Beschwerde bei der Rezeption wurde nichts unternommen, was sehr unprofessionell ist. Das Frühstück ist geschmacklich eher durchschnittlich.

Do atendimento do hotel especialmente uma moça pele clara da parte da manhã , ela me fez ir no aeroporto para pegar novamente o papel da imigração , me cobrou 460 mil pesos caso não tivesse esse documento, qdo ela poderia Simplismente colocar minha esposa cm titular , eu fui ao aeroporto , não conseguir , voltei e minha esposa havia dito a ela pra colocá-la cm titular, resumo, ela assim o fez , e eu perdi uma tarde inteira cansado já , por inexperiência e indelicadeza para com o hóspede . Não voltaria nunca mais!

Twee kaarten voor de deur, deden het dagelijks niet, dat was best storend moesten iedere dag naar de receptie lopen om ze weer te activeren. Er werd ook niet naar gekeken, ondanks dat we er 5 dgn waren

Whenever I travel to Medellin I always stay at this hotel because of the great staff and the cleanl!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious as always and many items to choose from! The lunch or any meals prepared are overly excellent and inexpensive!

Cons:

Every was excellent and nothing needed changed! Everything was perfect and the staff, including Housekeepers and Security staff were very great and attentive to everyone needs.

La relación del servicio, instalaciones con relación al precio, sumado a eso está bien el hotel sin embargo no es agradable la fiesta que hacen en el rooftop, siento que el tipo de personas que tienen ingreso o acceso al Hotel, por ese tipo de fiesta, no es tan cómodo. Esa una fiesta muy densa y se pierde el sentido del hotel ir al último piso. Además del sonido muy fuerte. Puede existir la fiesta pero no ese tipo de música. Siento que puede ingresar mejor tipo y calidad de persona si se ofrece un el servicio más tranquilo. Además de prostitución y otras cosas que dañan el servicio
