Porto Skala Hotel Village

Beautiful location. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants go so a car is ideal. They have a shuttle few times a day that you pay one way for. There is a small pebble beach which is really gorgeous for a swim and snorkel right by the parking lot.

Breakfast is nice, lots of choices. Coffee machine worked by the third day but was quite slow for the amount of people wanting coffee. So that was a little backed up every time.
They had a few kettles with black coffee but only one espresso coffee machine for coffee with milk.
Lots of egg options, yogurt with lots of topping options, different breads, loafs, croissants, pastries, fruit, cold and hot meats, juice, milk, coffee and tea.. it was busy however staff was amazing ! Cleaning up for you and constantly adding more food. Very well done!
It was quite hot while we were there but the AC worked well.
Room was well cleaned. Beds were comfy and the views are amazing from our rooms but since it’s on a hillside many rooms probably had a great view. Family rooms meant connecting doors which was great! Fridges were not working very well and had lots of ice in them which meant the door didn’t close well anymore. But maybe that was an oversight.
They have laundry service. I could fill a large laundry sack I got from the front dezk, paid $20 and they washed it for me, put it back in my room folded nicely the same day !!! Amazing vacation Luxery when traveling light,to have this option!
All in all a lovely stay, kind staff, great place

A beautiful place. It was clean and quiet with an excellent pool. Rooms were well equipped and very well maintained. Staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful.
It is a 40 walk from Skala but there is an excellent and cheap hotel shuttle and the walk itself was lovely.

Loved the hotel, reception staff where 1st class and the selections at breakfast was fantastic, the staff in the breakfast room were very regimental and hardly smiled .
The bedrooms are in need of referbishment and mattresses need replacing.

The pool area is lovely and pool staff are great

All in all a lovely place to stay with potential to be a fantastic place to stay

Camera troppo vecchia e non insonorizzata ed un letto scomodissimo. Personale alla reception molto cortese. Colazione buona (a parte le bevande). Un tantino scomodo per passeggini in quanto pieno di gradini

Bellissimo hotel davanti una bellissima spiaggia. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Personale gentile ed educato. Se la mobilia delle camere fosse stata migliore, sarebbe stato da dieci e lode.

Siamo stati in questa struttura attirati soprattutto dalla buona qualità/prezzo. Il personale è gentilissimo e cordialissimo, pronto a qualsiasi richiesta. La direttrice e la collaboratrice sono italianissime e questo è stato sicuramente un punto per noi molto importante dato che ragionano da Italiani!
La struttura è incantevole ed ha una bellissima piscina, i prezzi dei prodotti da bar e ristorazione sono molto buoni e le camere con uscita sulla piscina sono veramente confortevoli e spaziose.
L'Hotel è immerso nelle campagne di Zante lontano dal caos, ma con 10 km si è tranquillamente in paese tramite una buona strada non molto trafficata nel periodo di Settembre.
Sicuramente se ritornerò a Zante sicuramente sceglierò questa splendida struttura al centro dell'isola

The staff at the hotel were great but overall it's a "so-so" place. Good for a short stay as part of a longer holiday. Our visit was in the off-peak season and most of the guests were in their 50's or older.

This is definitely a great value if you are on a budget. The room was clean and servicable, but outdated in terms of finishes and fixtures. The breakfast buffet was fair, but it was included, so all in all the room cost for a night was only $105 USD. I would liken it to an older Holiday Inn in the States, but next to a beach. The other drawback is that one has to park across the street, and then lug bags up a lot of steps.

I had wonderful views from my room and loved the people who worked there. The atmosphere was MELLOW and perfect for families or people who want to avoid a party scene.

I have to say that my bed was HARD as a rock and the room smelled like cat urine; these 2 issues made for many sleepless night. I really should have switched rooms after my first night there. Still, the hotel was nicely kept and the staff was delightful. It was a bit more expensive than other places closer to "down town" Skala but I would consider staying there again.

Hotellet er veldig bra. Et nydelig haveanlegg, koselige rom med veldig godt renhold. Litt liten altan etter vår smak. Deilig frokost, med godt utvalg. Badeanlegget brukte ikke vi, da vi daglig reiser rundt , for å se nye steder og strender. Hotellet kan anbefales.
