Overall, we had an excellent stay. The room was spotless, and the entire hotel was consistently clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always happy to provide helpful information.
We also appreciated the daily cleaning of the pools, the availability of fresh pool towels from the spa, and the direct sea access via the private ladder. While the ladder showed some signs of rust, this is understandable given the constant exposure to saltwater.
A particularly thoughtful touch was the surprise waiting in our room for my birthday: a bottle of prosecco, fresh fruit, sweets, and a personal note. It was a very kind gesture that made our stay even more special.
The variety of restaurants within the resort was excellent, making it possible to enjoy the entire stay without needing to leave the property. At the same time, the lively center of town is only a short walk away.
Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service, facilities, and attention to detail.
I understand that prices within a five-star hotel are naturally somewhat higher than outside, and that is perfectly reasonable. However, what I found difficult to understand was the decision to charge €5 for a standard packaged ice cream that would normally cost around €1–2 elsewhere. Given the hotel’s level and the price being charged, I would have expected an artisanal ice cream or at least a higher-quality product. In my opinion, this detail does not quite match the standard of experience one would expect from a hotel of this category.
Loads of options for bars and restaurants, pool was nice temperature, staff all very attentive. Would gladly stay again.
The layout was a bit odd, nothing seems to be quick to get to.

Avons testé 2 restaurant et même constat ... pas très bon (poisson beaucoup trop cuit / wrap poulet César rempli (bourré même) que de poulet et de sauce, les légumes/salade servis à part ...pourquoi ???
Chambre soit disant "supérieure vue mer" mais il faut se pencher fort pour l'apercevoir.
Climatisation très bruyante et irrégulière (start/stop non-stop).
Un dédale très compliqué et sans aucune indication pour trouver les serviettes de piscine, les restaurants, le spa, ...
La seule information qu'on a reçue du staff: "minus 1 (-1) Sir".

Aamiainen oli erittäin kattava ja etenkin Maria niminen työntekijä oli loistava. Hän jopa muisti meidän nimet sekä kahvitilauksen.
Huone oli tilava ja lähtöpäivänä saimme toisen huoneen siksi aikaa että lähtisimme lentokentälle myöhemmin, loistava palvelu/late check out! :)
Hotelli vaikutti hieman kuluneelta sekä vanhalta. Remontoinnin äänet olivat aika isoja ensimmäisessä huoneessa, mutta saimme onneksi toisen huoneen jonne nämä eivät kuuluneet. Muutenkin Maltalla aikamoiset rakennelmat meneillään eli ei kovin rentouttava äänimaailma esimerkiksi altaalla.
Vastaanoton kanssa keskustelu oli hieman vaikeata heidän vahvan aksenttinsa takia.
Suomalaisena sauna oli hieman pettymys.
