great staff,crap room, very noisy with build work

Our balcony was disgusting.Our corridor was being refurbished. 10 rooms, paint smell all over corridor.the hotel has about 284 rooms only 8 have a walk in shower.thats why we were put there.New 400 room hard rock hotel 50 ft from our hotel, noise and dust every day.not told of this problem.

Very enjoyable stay, loved the hotel and would stay there again.

Room was spotless and comfortable beds. Pool area very clean with lots of sun loungers. Exceptional restaurants available in the grounds of the hotel.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is fabulous. The food was good. It was a celebratory stay, and they gave us access to the executive lounge as a gift. We truly appreciated the gesture, and it made our stay even more special. It was an amazing stay, and we really enjoyed our time.

Cons:

The indoor pool was a bit suffocating, with a lot of kids, so we didn’t feel comfortable swimming there. However, everything else was amazing.

Other reviewers said the hotel needs modernizing. We disagree. Yes the style is from another era yet the property is immaculately kept and carries an unapologetic and dignified affluence throughout. We loved the generosity of the breakfast and handmade cappuccinos. Every person who helped us was also generous with their time and attitude. We enjoyed a sea view. Views of pools, fountains, and ocean at breakfast as well.
All this for the price of a Hilton.
