מיקום מעולה יוצאים ישר לשוק לילה ולמסעדות. הארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד.

מיקום מעולה, יוצאים ישר לשוק לילה ומסעדות, הכל קרוב ונוח. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. חזרנו למלון אחרי טיול של 3 ימים שמרו לנו את המזוודות. היה נוח מאוד שירות כביסה למלון. מומלץ בחום למרות שקצת מיושן אבל הנוחות עולה על הכל.

מיקום, רצון לסייע של הצוות והוחלפו חדרים ..

Cons:

חזרנו לאחר שנתיים בגלל המיקום ולצערי, המלון קצת נראה פתאום מיושן מאוד. החדרים זקוקים לשיפוץ, ריח מאוד רע מהשטיחים ו הממ ים החמים לוקח המון זמן..אם בכלל. לצערי לא נשוב לשם להבא.

I liked the cleaners and luggage porters, they are really helpful.

Cons:

I don't like frontdesk staffs. They are unhelpful. On the 3rd of July was arriving at about 9.20am and I wasn't well, so they kept me waiting for the room until 2 pm that's check in time. I know check in time is 2pm. I'm working in the hotel, if the guests have arriving doesn't matter how early. We are always finding the room for them. ALL OFFRONTDECK STAFF NEED TO RETRAINING!
