Disappointed 😞
Pros:

The convenience of the location because it's 2 miles from my daughter's house.

Cons:

I have been staying at this hotel for 3 years and over time it has gotten bad. Staff did not come in to clean out rooms, empty our trash, or make our beds. We had to do it ourselves. They also did not have breakfast available on Saturday or Sunday like their website offered. Instead of them telling us the truth, when we asked they said that the truck did not come in. Later to find out that they only do breakfast Monday thru Friday. No one offered a discount for our troubles or anything. We complained to the staff and all they said was, I'm sorry. That's definitely not enough when you pay your money and still have to clean yourself and no breakfast.

The staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

The room was not as advertised. It smelled of smoke and did not look like the advertised room in addition to the poor room quality, the parking lot was extremely unsafe. There were 2 men in the parking lot harassing my children while carrying our luggage inside the property. The parking lot did not provide enough security considering the location.

The accommodations were good and the room met our expectations for a one-night stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was lacking by far, there was NO meat on the buffet and there was NO fruit.

Cons:

To have provided a full continental breakfast to include meat and fruit.
