Gut gelegenes Hotel für einen Städtetrip, sonst leider nicht überzeugend!

Lage, Hotellobby (Design)

Cons:

Zimmer sehr abgewohnt; Betten waren viel zu weich und unbequem! Das Frühstücksbuffet war mittelprächtig, die Raumtemperatur in der Hotellobby ziemlich kühl; Sauberkeit im Lobbybereich aber auch auf dem Zimmer ausbaufähig.

Wouldn’t recommend unless there is no other options
Pros:

Near the Shönbrunn palace

Cons:

Awful smell coming to the kitchen all the way to the room in the second floor.
Toiled cannot be locked and a glass is transparent.
Extra bad is impossible to sleep on. Small, unstable and shaky

Location was really convenient and 2-3 minutes away from the station U4.

Cons:

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this hotel, mainly due to how they handled the deposit. At check-in, they simply asked for my card without clearly informing me that they would charge an additional deposit. To my surprise, the money was taken almost instantly.
What I found frustrating is that while the charge happens immediately, the refund takes several days to come back. This creates unnecessary inconvenience, especially when you’re traveling.
In my experience, most hotels just keep card details on file and only charge if there are damages or extra expenses. I’ve rarely encountered a hotel that actually takes a deposit upfront like this without proper communication.
Overall, the lack of transparency around this process left a negative impression. I would recommend the hotel be more upfront about such charges to avoid surprising guests.
