Ein 4-Sterne-Hotel bei dem man am Beginn des Aufenthaltes die Information bekommt, dass das Zimmer nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt wird, sollte keine 4 Sterne haben, das ist substandard

​I had a wonderful stay and truly have nothing to complain about. Everything was spot on, from the high-quality facilities to the impeccable cleanliness of the entire place.
​Service: The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay.
​Location: The hotel is in a prime area. The metro station is right outside, which makes it so easy to reach the city center and all the main points of interest in no time.
​I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Blizko metra.

Cons:

To , že na pokoji maji napsanou ceduli, že bude účtováno pozor!!! 30 a 40 euro, za to, že bude chybět mýdlo nebo tělové mléko z koupelny!! Které tam maji . A nám chybělo! Byli jsme na 2 noci.. je to velice neprijemne! Máte strach, že vám to na konci pobytu naúčtuji zpětně ale těžko obhájíte, ze jste to vy nevzali! Takže doporučuji hotelu, ať si tohle zkontroluje po odjezdu hostů a nevystavují dalši hosty takovým neprijemnostem!

两年后回来又住这里。定了两间房。但是booking只在他们系统里显示一间房。最终前台很友好的帮我解决了困难。她很专业。很礼貌。很友好。很感谢她。只是我忘记了询问她的名字。床和枕头很舒服。很干净的房间。以后还会来的如果我还路过维也纳。

Das Frühstück ist auf keinen Fall einem 4 Sterne Hotel entsprechend.
Der Kaffee schmeckt grauenhaft, es gibt nicht einmal eine Tasse mit Untertasse.Wurst und Schinken haben einen eigenartigen Geschmack (ich vermute Billigprodukte) aber das Schlimmste ist dass diese Ware nicht gekühlt wird. Das Nachlegen lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Es kam dann ein junger Bursche, ungepflegt mit angepatzter Schürze und einem schmutzigen Geschirrtuch um Hals und Schulter geworfen (sehr appeditlich)
