Very beautiful hotel to stay in with a great workout area and a great location

Hôtel sans charme mais gym et piscine au top.
Pros:

Bon emplacement. Très bonne gym pour un hôtel et belle piscine. Salon lounge petit mais agréable.

Cons:

L’accueil ! Froid et peu plaisant. J’avais demandé une chambre avec vue rue et on me donne une vue sur cour intérieure avec voisins visibles en face. A l’accueil, on ne cherche qu’à vous faire dépenser plus alors que les prix sont déjà exorbitants pour un hôtel moderne et sans charme.

Ok bit with a very unpleasant ending

Cons:

Receptionist orderr}ed taxi from the hotel to the airport for eur41 fixed price. The concierge changed the departure time by 5 min but also changed the price to eur62 without informing me.

I found this out at the airport and the taxi driver called the concierge 3 times and I talked to the concergie 3 times who refused to take any responsibility and hang up on me 3x.

Pros:

This is Marriott as you expect it to be. Location - just 100 m from subway station and close to historical center, rooms are spacious and clean, coffee machine and kettle, refrigerator and mini bar, breakfast was very good, at evening restaurant and bar provides as much as you want.

Cons:

the only one issue (may be it is applicable to our room only) was that the king size bed in fact is two beds combined and covered with a topper (which would be still ok), and the topper was too soft so after several nights it was quite hard to wake up with pain.

The room was cold. And the thermometer did not work. Also the swimming pool was little bit cold. Could be warmer during winter time. Could not stay longer than 15 minutes.
