This is a gem of a hotel right on the beach. The rooms are modern and of a reasonable size with an extra little hot tub. Staff were fabulous. The area surrounding the hotel was great, many dining options (go to Napoli pizzeria food is lovely and pasta freshly made). The Santorini restaurant has gorgeous food as well. We actually didn’t have a bad meal there at any restaurant. The bus is close by (about 10 min walk) and you can travel to Fira for €2 then pick up another bus to other areas of the island for another €2. The buses do get busy but it’s all manageable. I absolutely loved this hotel and would certainly go again. No complaints whatsoever about the hotel or surrounding area apart from the masseuse on the beach who are quite aggressive and touchy feely trying to get you to have an unlicensed massage going from one sweaty body to the next with no proper sanitation in between. That is my only complaint which didn’t affect my stay it was just a nuisance every 5 mins. I found the best thing to do was totally ignore them.

Super nettes kleines Hotel. Für uns hat alles hervorragend gepasst! Vor allem die Ruhe beim Frühstück und die Strandnähe waren perfekt.

Tolles Hotel am Strand, Zimmer ziemlich neu renoviert und schön, der private Whirlpool auf der Terrasse war noch nicht in Betrieb. Pool OK, Frühstück bei den auf der anderen Seite der Strandpromenade liegenden Tischen, direkt am Strand war einfach traumhaft. Beim ersten Mal waren wir ob des servierten Frühstücksbuffets, wo man aus einer Karte jede Speise max. einmal auswählen konnte, etwas irritiert, aber wir haben das System dann auch kapiert. Freundliches Personal.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spent 2 weeks at the Elixir del mar, our room was excellent with a hot tub on the terrace, which we used every day and had a beautiful view of the Aegean Sea whilst we sipped a glass of wine!
Breakfast was great and plentiful, omelettes pastries yogurt and fruit, orange juice and coffee, right on the beach!
We loved the beach, stony but had come prepared with swim shoes, a few days the waves we too much for me so the pool was used those days, always plenty loungers, and kept nice and clean,
We loved the fact there weren’t any mosquitoes around not sure if this continues into high summer!
Dined at the restaurant our first evening and the food was good but so many other restaurants and evenings out at different locations meant we didn’t get a chance to eat there again!
Staff all great and friendly, very helpful,
Pool area and changing facilities for late checkout could use some updating!
All in all highly recommended this Hotel!

Sehr gut gelegen, nahe am Strand

Kleines sehr nettes Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück a la carte zu wählen (vermutlich wegen Corona kein Buffet). Gepflegter Pool mit Blick aufs Meer. Eigener Strand mit eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit großer Terrasse und Meerblick. Einzig das Badezimmer war nur durchschnittlich (Duschvorhang) aber sauber!

Nice place, renovated from an old structure, nice staff, good breakfast, slow wifi, overall good place to stay.

It is an excellent hotel! I will rate it as five stars ! Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay ! I will recommend to everyone! I will go back !
