I really enjoyed my stay . The hotel is wonderful and l got kindly upgraded to a suite which was huge and amazing .
Pros:

You really felt like you stepped back in time . The place had so much character.

Cons:

I know the spa is not really connected to the hotel. But l got a wonderful massage but was disappointed l could only use the pool after . Was told to get out of the jacuzzi as l can’t use it . Very embarrassing and it should be included if you use the spa .

Pros:

Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer ruhigen Lage.
Das Frühstück war fabelhaft und ausreichend viel Auswahl. Der Spa war sehr nett und auch für sonstige Dienstleistungen war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich würde nochmals einen Aufenthalt im Hotel Ruze buchen.

Cons:

Leider gab es kein Restaurant im Hotel zum Essen gehen und auch keine Bar war zur Verfügung,somit waren wir die meiste Zeit in der Innenstadt unterwegs. Leider hatten die Lokal in der Innenstadt meist nur bis 19 Uhr fürs Speisen geöffnet,bis auf 2 Restaurants bis 22 Uhr warme Küche.

Der Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders Herr Furkan!

Cons:

Wellnesshotel, es war eine große Enttäuschung. Sehr kleiner Swimmingpool. Es lohnt sich nicht, wenn man schwimmen will. Sauna kostet 1 Stunde ca. 20 Euro. Das ist eine große Falle für alle, die von Wellness träumen.

Pros:

Sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Es ist ein ehemaliges Jesuitenkloster und das kann man überall sehen. Sehr liebevoll adaptiert, aber nichts kaputt gemacht. Eine wunderbare Zeitreise.
Das Personal ist großartig. Freundlich, hilfsbereit - alles was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen.

Great place to stay right at the village entrance!
Pros:

We stayed one night at Hotel Ruze on our way from Vienna to Prague. Staff was very informative, warm and welcoming (spoke English well, too). Thank you Freoud!!

Location is key here!! Because it is right at the entrance to the village, you don’t have to haul your luggage through the cobblestone street to get to the train station. That was a happy accident for us, as we left for Prague on the bus. 7 min walk to the train station.

We had a comfort room facing the hills and a small parking area. Not the best view, but we didn’t mind, since we were only in our room to sleep and relax. Our room had two single bed pushed together to make a Queen. Also came with a giant wardrobe in the foyer. Bathroom had a tub and a shower. Drinking was from the tap was clean and delicious.

Pool and breakfast is included. Hot tub and spa were upgrades with extra charges. Breakfast was on the smaller side, compared to hotels in Vienna and Budapest, but is what we expected from a small village hotel.

Overall excellent hotel. Probably a lot more busy in the high season and a lot less expensive when we were there in February.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Große Auswahl auch für Vegetarier und Veganer.

Cons:

Badewanne war sehr eng und hatte keine Duschwand, falls man nur Duschen wollte. Einrichtung wirkte karg.
