Pros:

Sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Es ist ein ehemaliges Jesuitenkloster und das kann man überall sehen. Sehr liebevoll adaptiert, aber nichts kaputt gemacht. Eine wunderbare Zeitreise.
Das Personal ist großartig. Freundlich, hilfsbereit - alles was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen.

Great place to stay right at the village entrance!
Pros:

We stayed one night at Hotel Ruze on our way from Vienna to Prague. Staff was very informative, warm and welcoming (spoke English well, too). Thank you Freoud!!

Location is key here!! Because it is right at the entrance to the village, you don’t have to haul your luggage through the cobblestone street to get to the train station. That was a happy accident for us, as we left for Prague on the bus. 7 min walk to the train station.

We had a comfort room facing the hills and a small parking area. Not the best view, but we didn’t mind, since we were only in our room to sleep and relax. Our room had two single bed pushed together to make a Queen. Also came with a giant wardrobe in the foyer. Bathroom had a tub and a shower. Drinking was from the tap was clean and delicious.

Pool and breakfast is included. Hot tub and spa were upgrades with extra charges. Breakfast was on the smaller side, compared to hotels in Vienna and Budapest, but is what we expected from a small village hotel.

Overall excellent hotel. Probably a lot more busy in the high season and a lot less expensive when we were there in February.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Große Auswahl auch für Vegetarier und Veganer.

Cons:

Badewanne war sehr eng und hatte keine Duschwand, falls man nur Duschen wollte. Einrichtung wirkte karg.

Es war eine sehr originelle Unterkunft, sauber und an sich nichts zu meckern. Die Parkgebühr, die dann on top kam war schon ordentlich und an der Minibar im Foyer kauft man besser Nix. Da hat sich selbst die Hotelangestellte vor dem Preis erschrocken. Wenn der Wein dann noch geschmeckt hätte….:(

Hotel má výbornou polohu. Je skvělé že nabízí bazén a welness služby. Také mě potěšilo, že jsme si mohly odložit zavazadla u recepce po "check outu"*

Cons:

Doporučuji více popracovat na personálu (komunikační dovednosti, přístup) a zasvětit je klientské cesty, cílem které je skvělý zážitek. Chyběla mi koupelnová výbava k osušce a ručníku (župan, pantofle, základní hygienické pomůcky...), která by měla být standardem v 5hvezdičkovém hotelu. Na začátku pobytu mi nefungovala televize. Měla jsem problémy s WI-FI po celou dobu pobytu, přestalo zcela fungovat vždy po 22hodině...
