Pros:

We had a great stay – the location is perfect, the spa&pool is excellent, the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
A special mention goes to Faruk at reception – very professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. He was clearly born for hospitality!
We stayed in one of the newly renovated Deluxe Rooms and loved the modern design. We understand the hotel is gradually renovating some of its rooms in this modern style, which we prefer to the somewhat dated “castle” style. The renovation has been done sensitively, though, so the hotel has not lost any of its historic charm.
Would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

A belvárostól 5 percre, mégis csendes szállás. A városi parkoló is (P5) 6-7 perc gyalogosan. Nagyon tiszta szállás, egyedi stílusban, mely a képekhez képest jobb volt a valóságban :) A szobák megfelelő tágasságúak, egy részük a folyóra, a zöldövezetre néz, de zárt ablakok mellett nem hallható a folyó zúgása sem. A matrac nagyon kényelmes volt, keményebb típusú. Bőséges, nagy választék reggelire. Visszatérünk!

Pros:

pokoj byl velice malý s minimálním úložným prostorem, minibar, i když byl v ceně, jsme dostali až na vyžádání, úklid spočíval jen ve vynesení koše obden, toaletní papír jsme si museli vyprosit, personál mluvil spíše anglkicky a rusky než česky, v provozu byly jen snídaně, večeře a bar byl v jiném hotelu

lepší úklid, lepší úložné prostory, jedna skříň se 3 ramínky a bez polic je málo

Hello. I’m basing this on the fact that RUZE is a 4-star hotel: excellent welcome, excellent breakfast, and a central, convenient location. Everything was fine in that regard.

Cons:

I understand we are in a pedestrian zone, but when I search, I select "parking"—and the parking *must* belong to the property, not be a public paid lot. I’m well aware that historic cities have parking outside pedestrian areas... I had asked twice if they could reserve a covered, paid spot for my motorcycle—they never replied; a simple answer would have sufficed.
ANOTHER THING: my lovely room was on the top floor under the roof—beautiful, yes, but if the air conditioning isn't working, it can get very hot (which, fortunately, only happened the first night). I pointed out that the A/C wasn't working; they offered to switch me to a different room, but only a standard one. I’m sorry, but if the A/C isn't working and you can't fix it, you shouldn't assign that room—or at least you should charge the standard rate and inform the guest. You don't just offer a 500ml bottle of wine (and I’m no expert, but a quick check showed it wasn't exactly great wine). I’m sorry, but if you’re a 4-star hotel, you need to maintain an appropriate standard.

מיקום במרכז העיר העתיקה, קרובה לכל האתרים החשובים. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ועשירה. הריהוט והעיצוב תואם את אוירת ימי הביניים. הצוות נעים וידידותי. לוסיה היתה חביבה מאוד.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend, insbesondere Renan an der Rezeption war ein echtes Goldstück - und versprühte brasilianische Herzlichkeit und Lebensfreude! So stellt man sich Service vor.
Hotel, Ausstattung, Lage war perfekt für uns. Zimmer sehr komfortabel mit drei verschiedenen Kopfkissen (Daunen, Softschaum, Antiallergiker), sehr bequemen Matratzen und viel Platz. Dabei alles liebevoll historisch aufgemacht, dem Palais aus dem 16. Jahrhundert entsprechend.
Wellnessbereich klein aber fein mit privatem Whirlpool usw.
Terrasse traumhaft mit Blick auf die Moldau und eine der städtischen Halbinseln, Restaurant gut und lecker, Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut.
