Pros:

Отель расположен прямо в центре, но в то же время в нем тихо. Отель в старом стиле, много антикварных вещей в холлах. Отличная кровать, подушки, одеяло, очень чистое белье, превосходно выспалась. Есть ванна, полотенца, халат, тапки, фен, шампунь. Заселили быстро. Завтрак типично европейский, с широким ассортиментом. Есть терраса с видом на реку и столиками

Todo! Es como estar en una película medieval!
Hermoso edificio, habitación amplia!
Excelente desayuno, con terraza y vistas hermosas.
La ubicación excepcional, ideal para recorrer la ciudad sin estar en pleno centro (a 2 calles)

Que en vez de una cama matrimonial juntarán 2 camas y justo en el medio de ambas era incómodo. Nada más!

Cons:

Ridiculously small plates and a poor breakfast. No sense of service and no food or other provision except breakfast. The hotel is diminished as it recommends going to their sister hotel.

Kuin yöpyisi museossa, mutta aamupala loistava

Sijainti oli hyvä, keskellä parasta paikkaa vanhassakaupungissa. Aamiainen oli loistava ja ulkoterassilla nautittuna aivan taivaallista!

Cons:

Varasin huoneen parisängllä, mutta sängyt olivat kaksi erillistä vuodetta liitettynä yhteen (välissä 20 cm aukko) ja henkilökunta väitti ettei heillä ole muunlaisia, vaikka kuvissa on selkeästi parisänkyjä. Muutenkin ihan luokattoman huonot sängyt! Sellaiset vanhanaikaiset (hotellin tyyliä antiikkikalusteet, patjatkin tuntuivat kuin olisivat olleet olkea) jotka narisivat joka käännöksellä ja sai pelätä pysyykö ne kasassa koko yön, latttiakin narisi melko kovasti. Huoneessa piti olla minibaari/jääkaappi, ei ollut eikä sitäkään selitelty mitenkään. Hotellin uima-allas oli sisätiloissa sellainen pieni vaatimaton, sauna olisi pitänyt tilata erikseen ja se olisi maksanut. Kylpytakit/tossut oli vain hoitoja tilaaville asiakkaille, allasta käyttäville annettiin pikkuruinen käsipyyhe. Hotellin sivustolla mainostetaan erilaisia spa-paketteja ja sieltä voi tilata vaikkapa ruusun terälehtiä huoneeseen, mutta ei niitä sitten olekaan, henkilökunta vaan toteaa ettei ole. Parkkipaikka oli kaukana ja se oli täynnä, jouduimme jättämään auton puolen kilometrin päähän julkiselle (kalliille) parkkipaikalle.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit angenehmen Ambiente, bester Ausstattung und freundlichen Personal in bester Lage. Schöner Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist allerdings nicht auf dem gleichen Level. Der angegebene Parkplatz ist zwar ganz in der Nähe, war aber trotz Nachfrage nicht reservierbar. Vor Ort ging es aber dann doch. Meine Anfragen diesbezüglich online und telefonisch wurden eher brüsk als unmöglich zurückgewiesen. Hätte auch erwartet, dass man Deutsch spricht. Der Onlinecheckin ist bürokratisch kompliziert.
