Wir hatten für 5 Tage HP gebucht. Bereits am ersten Abend hatten wir keine HP weil das Restaurant geschlossen war! Weil wir über Booking.com gebucht hatten, mussten wir pro Tag 16 € Parkgebühren bezahlen. Die normalen Gebühren bei direkter Hotel- buchung waren 8 € pro Tag. Die gebuchte HP eine Katastrophe! Es gab für die ganze Woche eine kleine Auswahl an Speisen die auch noch kalt serviert wurden. Auch an ein gemütliches Frühstück war auf Grund des Services nicht zu denken, weil das zwar sehr freundliche Personal, gebrauchtes Geschirr sofort vom Tisch nahm obwohl noch nicht ganz aufgegessen war. Der Cappuccino bestand überwiegend aus kalter Milch und dadurch war dann das ganze Getränk nur Lauwarm. Das Frühstück war von der Reichlichkeit schon OK und auch schmackhaft. Für den ersten Tag Ausfall der HP wurde uns einen Nachlass von 40 € gewährt für 2 Personen.

Das Restaurant in diesem Hotel ist am Sonntagabend generell geschlossen.! Dieser Umstand hätte bereits bei der Buchung erwähnt werden müssen! So mussten wir uns selbst darum kümmern ein Restaurant ausfindig zu machen um Essen gehen zu können. Was in einer fremden Stadt nicht einfach ist.

Prag selbst war sehr schön. Lediglich die riesigen Massen an Touristen in der Stadt war ein bisschen erschreckend, wofür das Hotel natürlich nicht verantwortlich ist.

Sauber und relativ ruhig gelegen . Bus ,Bahn und Zug in 2 min erreichbar !
Das Restaurant ist qualitativ hochwertig !
Frühstück ist umfangreich .
Personal und Therapeuten waren immer freundlich .
Kommunikation hauptsächlich Englisch ,nur der Restaurantchef verstand deutsch ganz gut .

Cons:

Das Restaurant hat Sonntags Abend geschlossen , weshalb wir unsere gebuchte HP nicht voll nutzen konnten.
Beim Check-out bot uns das Hotel eine Teilerstattung an , reagierte dann aber auf keine Mail zur Regulierung . (aus den Augen,aus dem Sinn?) Ich hätte nicht viel erwartet, aber gar nicht mehr zu regieren hat mich dann doch ein bissl verärgert.

Für Adult Only sicher ein tolles Hotel. Mit Kind würden wir es jedoch keinesfalls erneut buchen.
Pros:

Zentral gelegen. Tolles Zimmer mit Wanne und Dusche. Großes bequemes Bett. Wellness Angebote und 1 Gutschein pro Erwachsenen und je ein Begrüßungsgetränk. Frühstück ist übersichtlich gehalten. Eher Amerikanisch, Bohnen, Bacon und Würstchen. Aber auch Brot und Käse.

Cons:

Der TV war bereits einen Tag vor unserer Anreise defekt, diese Info wurde jedoch erst nach der Reklamation mitgeteilt und erst am Folgetag getauscht. Hier hätten wir uns ein Entgegenkommen gewünscht anstatt einem Schulter zucken oder zumindest eine Vorabinformation oder Zimmertausch. Hotel war angeblich ausgebucht, die Anzahl angetroffen Gäste sehr überschaubar.
Wir sind mit 2 Motorrädern angereist die auf einem Parkplatz standen, es wurden jedoch 2 Parkplätze berechnet. 1 Parkplatz wurde nach der Reklamation erstattet.
Wellness kann nur von Erwachsenen genutzt werden und beim Begrüßungsprosecco werden Kinder auch nicht berücksichtigt, es gibt auch keine alkoholfreie Alternative.
