We had a wonderful time at this hotel and truly felt at home away from home
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was always friendly, and the area felt very safe. We could go out at any time without any worries, and everything was within walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants nearby with delicious food.
Other than that, everything was truly fantastic, and we will definitely return to this hotel.

Cons:

One small suggestion would be to add a coffee machine or kettle in the rooms, so guests can make coffee or tea. It would also be great if Netflix were accessible on the TV and if there were more outlets available for charging devices.

Muy mala la verdad desde el 1 er momento me hicieron sentir mal

Es un hotel bonito y el personal de restaurante muy agradable. Las camas cómodas y buen parqueo. Le regalaron un postre a mi esposo que estaba de cumpleaños.

El personal de recepción fatal. Desde la admiradora hasta el atención al cliente. El día que llegué a Colombia mi vuelo llegó muy temprano y fui a ver si me podían tener las maletas. Pues ellos me dicen que si quería hacer el Chek in antes debía pagar 1 día de hospedaje. Luego como les digo que no estaba dentro de mi presupuesto me hicieron tirados mis documentos. No me fui a otro lugar porque ya booking me iba hacer el cargo y no contaba con más presupuesto de inmediato. Luego regreso a la hora de chek in y me indica que el desayuno está incluido solo para los adultos que el de los niños es adicional donde en todo hotel donde incluyen el desayuno siempre el de niños está incluido porque se saber que comen muy poco. Pss me tocó pagar todos los días el desayuno extra de mis hijos casi obligado porque como íbamos a comer nosotros y los niños no. Era tener presupuesto en comer en otro lado o pagar obligado allí el de los niños.

PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN

La excelente ubicación del hotel, el buen estado de las instalaciones y la limpieza en general.

Cons:

La atención del personal de Recepción, el Bar y la Cafeteria es PESIMA. Parece que les molestara atender a los Huespedes. El personal de las áreas antes mencionadas son proclives a negar las solicitudes que se les hace y no tienen la mas mínima muestras de amabilidad con los clientes. Es una lástima que estas conductas que parecen sistemáticas empañen el buen nombre del Hotel. La próxima ocasión considerarémos otras opciones que ofrezcan un mejor trato por el mismo valor y no nos hagan pasar momentos desagradables.

NOTA: El personal encargado de la limpieza, los camareros y el señor de la recepción del restaurante Tonnarello merecen mension aparte, son excelentes. Muy diferentes a sus otros compañeros. Mis respetos y gratitud hacia ellos por tan buena labor.

el desayuno espectacular. Muy bien. El personal de recepción como el botones muy bien, muy colaboradores en todo y me explico bien el botones todo el hotel, donde el restaurante, donde lo de los masajes, la limpieza muy bien. En fin me ha parecido muchísimo.
