une bonne rénovation est nécessaire

Le personnel est sympa, petit-déjeuner trés bien, la cafetière nespresso dans la chambre super, le fitness et surtout trés bon WIFI

Cons:

sauna en panne, coupure d'eau pendant 5 heures, programmation des ascenseurs bizarre, 1 balance pour se peser et peser les valises enfermée dans un meuble et accessible uniquement sur demande, pas de service de pharmacie, il faut sortir de l'hotel, le design est viellot (cadres, canapés, meubles, parquet flottant gondolé par trop d'eau déversé pour le nettoyer)

Cambio de habitación por falla del AC, mudada luego almohada de mal olor a mérito cambio, luego reparaba un tubo no notificaron 5 horas sin agua, en la noche se inundó la habitación y porque dejaron llaves abiertas

Zeer mooi hotel en zeker een aanrader!
Pros:

Hotel Estelar La Fontana heeft uitzonderlijk vriendelijk personeel, welke helpen bij iedere situatie.

Cons:

De douche is wat gedateerd en het water loopt snel onder de deur door, waardoor de hele badkamer onder loopt. Vooral met kleine kinderen wordt het heel nat!
Het raam kan niet op een kier en er is geen ventilatierooster, waardoor het lastig is even de kamer te luchten.

Very nice hotel, just so far from anything.
Pros:

The location is in a quieter area, directly across the road from a shopping mall, but few shops on the street. It is far removed from the center, and with the horrible traffic in Bogota, any cab or uber trip takes at least 30 to 45 minutes. It can take even longer during high traffic times.
The atmosphere is subdued and quiet, with a very 1970's feel.
The rooms were very nice, with a comfortable bed, but the hallways need some painting in some spots (particularly near the elevators) and the overhead lights have a build up of insects. Otherwise, I found the hotel very clean.
Service was excellent, and the staff was VERY helpful and attentive.
As for Amenities, there was a cafe on the premises, with a very nice staff, and the hotel restaurant was excellent. The bar downstairs wasn't open very late, unfortunately. And there was a gift shop that never seemed to be open.
