Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in. Meal plans are not included.

Todo en el hotel es excelente. El personal que lo atiende a uno tanto en el restaurante como en la recepción como los meseros son excelentes personas y desempeñan muy bien su papel

el sabado 01de agosto llegamos de regreso de cartagena y un personal de recepcion solicto partida de nacimiento de mi hija de 17 años que viajaba con ambos padres, a pesar ya habiamos estado registrados desde el 25 al 28 de julio y se lo manifestamos, igual insistio y dijo que se habia olvidado la persona que nos atendio, no fue grata su exigencia
