If the minor does not travel with his parents, the responsible adult must deliver at the reception, in addition to the minor’s identification document, the parents’ permission with personal presentation before a notary public, and a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in. Meal plans are not included.

I regret to say that my stay at this hotel was nothing short of disastrous. The management is appallingly unprofessional—rude, condescending, and entirely unhelpful. From the moment I checked in, I was treated with disrespect, despite explaining that it was the weekend of my wedding and that I had an early morning ahead. None of my requests were accommodated.

I specifically asked for a simple foldable table or chairs so that my wedding makeup could be done in one of the five suites I had rented. Instead of assistance, I was met with repeated refusals. When my aunt and cousins attempted to join me to get ready, they were denied entry. Other family members were escorted by security to suites I was paying for, as though they were intruders.

Room service was equally unacceptable—I waited one hour and forty-five minutes for a single bowl of soup on the night of my arrival. When I sought compassion and support, the lobby staff responded with blatant disrespect. To make matters worse, they openly spoke disparagingly about my family, comments that were overheard not only by us but also by my wedding guests waiting in the lobby.

This establishment does not deserve its five-star designation. Out of the 17 members of my family staying here, not one has a positive remark. A day that should have begun with joy and celebration was marred by the incompetence and hostility of the hotel staff. I will never recommend this property to anyone.
