If you travel with your child under 18, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity or first degree of civil kinship.

If the minor does not travel with his parents, the responsible adult must deliver at the reception, in addition to the minor’s identification document, the parents’ permission with personal presentation before a notary public, and a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.

Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in. Meal plans are not included.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the room was spacious and the restaurant staff were attentive.

Cons:

We did not get the type of room we booked . There was a problem with the overhead lights and maintenance (who were very pleasant) discovered that the headboards were covering the switches and had to be removed and put against a wall in order to be able to have access the switches. Then the television would not function resulting from need to rewire the light switch so maintenance had to return to resolve the problem.
We complained to the front desk who were completely uninterested.

The lady, who check-in us into the hotel when I arrived at 10 am, asked her to provide us with a room since we had traveled all night. (I had requested this since I made the reservation through BOOCKING.COM) She informed me that it was impossible, that until 12 noon, it was possible for them. We were in the cafeteria until 12. When I returned at 12 o'clock, the lady told me that it was impossible and in a discourteous way she told me no, that only until three o'clock and that I could not do anything. I had to leave the hotel a search how to solve and return at 6 pm to check in.

Cons:

Cobraron impuestos por el alojamiento que no aplicaban por ser turista de Venezuela. Alegando que los pasaportes no estaban vigentes cuando tenían legalmente extensión de vigencia otorgada por las autoridades competentes.

Safe, good location, very good breakfast and excellent service. A very clean hotel
Pros:

Great location and felt very safe to walk out in the night.
Very clean room and an excellent sushi bar as well as a good restaurant. The morning breakfast was indulgent and all food & fruits were fresh. Staff were helpful and very friendly.
