Great location and staff
Pros:

Wonderful location and staff were lovely and accommodating. We stayed for two nights and were upgraded to the 6th floor.

Had a great time.
Pros:

Gostei muito de estar hospedada no vosso hotel. O pessoal era muito simpático e prestável.
Pros:

A localização era boa. Estava próxima do centro. O espaço é muito requintado e muito bonito. Estava tudo muito limpo.

Cons:

O que menos gostei foi da bandeira, era muito alta e do barulho dos carros durante a noite.

Goed en praktisch gelegen hotel, dicht bij parking, centrum en openbaar vervoer.
Pros:

Perfecte ligging, rustig ondanks centrum.

Cons:

Geen airco en het kleine bed met te zacthe matras.

Pros:

Nice breakfast experience. Perfect location.
The hotel has old retro vibes though rooms were clean.

Cons:

No air conditioner unfortunately, but they give you a solid fan.
The extractor fan in the bathroom had a little mold inside, surprisingly this is common issue for hotels in central Europe.

Lieu parfait pour un court séjour au Luxembourg
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux, très grand choix, bons produits, la salle du petit déjeuner vaut à elle seule le déplacement ; c'est vraiment l'esprit du luxe avant les vacances de masse : argenterie, chaises confortables, nappes. L'hôtel est défraichi, mais personnellement j'aime ce type d'atmosphère un peu désuète et anachronique, car cela donne un certain charme. La propreté est impeccable, le linge est parfait. La localisation est la meilleure de la ville haute. Le parking est très proche.

Cons:

Juste un peu d'organisation du mobilier à faire pour que le tout puisse paraitre plus élégant : dommage de voir des empilements de canapés sans style mélangés avec d'autres plus charmants ; des plantes en pot pas très belles... ; quelques grands tapis à nettoyer...

Good Choice in Ville Haute! Be aware no A/C
Pros:

Perfect Location. Has a lot of charm. Bartenders are soo nice, kind and helpful plus they prepare really good cocktails!

Cons:

I wish I knew It didn’t have A/C, requested an extra Fan since at afternoon room gets overheated, and front desk informed-It’s only one per room-

Perfekte Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Es gibt keine eigenen Parkplätze, aber diverse Parkhäuser sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Frühstück war soweit gut, wenn man von der recht kleinen Auswahl bei Brot/Brötchen und Konfitüren absieht.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Die Zimmer sind trotz des Objektalters in gutem Zustand.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage bei teils über 30 Grad - hier sollte investiert werden.

Die 250€ Kaution pro Zimmer und die 0% Erstattung bei Stornierungen (wir hatten einen Krankheitsfall) sind zwar vorab bekannt aber doch nicht üblich (ansonsten bekommt man eigentlich sowas wie Frühstück oder Steuer o.ä. immer erstattet, da die dem Hotel ja auch nicht als Kosten anfallen).

Pros:

Mitten im Zentrum und alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Strasse. Die Aussicht war schön aber ab 6h beginnt der Steassenlärm und dann schliesst man besser das Fenster.
Zum Parkieren schlage ich das Parkhaus Wilhelmsplatz (Knuedler) vor. Es ist 100m vom Hotel entfernt.
