The rooms were dirty the room did not look like you're being swept or mopped and at least a week I found used dirty Q-tips behind the chairs and the refrigerator was dirty

Faucet was leaking in bathroom sinck

Dirty lobby. A problem to get towels. Outdated hotel.

Arrived to a room with roaches and spiders. Was offered another room which was even worse! Save yourself and stay elsewhere!

It was ok.

Overall stay was fair. Customer service good; check in process was smooth our room was clean, We mostly were there just to sleep so didn’t use any extra amenities or try the continental breakfast. The reason I rated average -our room was side of interstate so could hear cars going by all night so didn’t sleep well. In addition someone was banging on our door at 3 am. We then could hear them knocking on door down the row and then people talking. We did not open the door so not sure who it was. Needless to say we didn’t sleep well & not sure of safety around the hotel as a result. For the price I could stay there again if needed.

The room was in rough shape. Floors were filthy and no weather stripping around the door. Wide open for bugs to come in. Cracks and holes in the bathroom floor. After 30 mins there my daughter’s feet were pitch black. Room smelled of urine. The hotel pool was dirty and very cold. One of the ice machines were broken and we couldn’t even get water out of the vending machine. This place was very run down. We couldn’t wait to leave. Also the breakfast staff was not nice. Someone spilled waffle batter and I was trying to clean it up. A woman who worked there came out and basically blamed me for doing it. Can’t believe this is a Wyndham property.

Staff were above and beyond.

I booked this by looking at the pictures presented but upon arriving, I was completely displeased by the conditions, several were smoking marihuana, drinking in the parking lot. It wasn’t a great experience, I ended up checking out a few hours later to find another property

Old hotel but we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful.

I didn’t feel too safe. When checking in it looked like was some shady business being in conducted parking lot.

It was a simple, quiet place to stay for the night before my cruise.

Very clean, great location, staff very friendly and helpful.

It literally took 10 mins for the water to get to temperature. And the water pressure was horrible.

Room charge for what we downsized too - $130 for two queens. We booked a suite to accommodate five, but our son decided to stay home. We should have been able to got a discount.

Pool was pretty good.
Odd part was signing our pool towels and having to bring them back to front desk.

Room was ok. Floor was dirty. After taking socks off we noticed dirt on our feet. Not sure if it hadn’t been really cleaned well or if stuff was blowing under the door. You could actually see more than just light coming from under the door.

And we are glad our son didn’t come, because if he had we would have brought our dog, because the Expedia site said pets were accepted with a $25 nightly charge.

So instead of paying anywhere from $86-$101, we prepaid for $130 expecting a suite.

WiFi signal was pretty weak too. And signal kept dropping from my phone.

Our room and several others had shredded curtains.

BS in not being able to provide a receipt at checkout. They said I had to get it online ????

toilet room fan doesn't work. Bed left my back sore in the morning. Breakfast was WEAK / not very good. Lights outside all the rooms was very bright and the black out curtains were not long enough to keep the light out----seemed like it was morning all night.
I will NEVER go back.

Good location for me, but in desperate need of renovation. Rooms furniture was stained and filthy. Well past useful life. Not able to clean or repair. Should be removed from room, bc no one would use it anyway.
