Recepční odmítla zavolat provozního aby s námi řešil katastrofální snídani
Pros:

Vynikající poloha pro turisty tím ,ale veškeré plusy končí!!!

Špinavé zdi v pokoji .

Retro televizní přijímač na pokoji
Naprosto katastrofální snídaně
Hotel deklaruje výjimečnou snídani bohužel snídaně totální katastrofa viz foto přikládám
Personál se až na recepční nedomluví jiným jazykem než Ukrajinsky !!!!
Podotýkám že jde o mezinárodní hotel

Pros:

Close proximity to Trams and the Castle, great location.

Cons:

I had a queen bed room 103 facing a busy street with trams etc.. Slept ok though.
Perhaps didnt have luck for a good room but the lighting was weird - no bed side lamps and sockets to charge devices by the bed. The only lights were two small ceiling ones above the window furthest from the bed (the light switch was above the head but couldn't see a darn thing anyway). TV not working (not a priority). Water bottle offered for a fee but no glass, even in the bathroom to place a toothbrush in. Bathroom was big and had a heated floor which was nice while the radiators in the room were low even at the max level. Receptionists didn't understand when I asked for a glass for the bathroom :( and seemed not customer service trained or oriented. For me, not worth what I paid for. Too bad, great location otherwise. Hope someone else had a better stay!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Zwiedzać można pieszo.
Dobry dojazd z lotniska. Przystanek obok hotelu.

Posizione fantastica a due passi dal castello ed a 4 fermate di bus dal centro.
Colazione nella media

Cons:

Pulizia, manutenzione Dell immobile e sopratutto l impianto il diffuso odore di cucina anche nelle stanze
